The pharmacy has a problem with communication and accuracy. If my insurance didn't require it, I would not use this pharmacy. They cause far more stress than they are worth.

Usually clean and well stocked. Can get pretty busy, especially during Renaissance Festival and winter.

Pretty nice staff here. Customer service in Gold Canyon isn't the best. But this Walgreens is fairly friendly. Especially the younger employees. My only complaint is that the water refill machine has been out of order lately.

The staff and customer service at this store was amazing. Cat who works as a beauty consultant in the cosmetics is very well knowledgeable on products and answered every question I had! I am pleased with this location!

Cat helped me at the photo kiosk. I needed to go through over a hundred photos To select and edit ones to put on a thumb drive. Mind you I am the least techie person on the planet. Thank God for Cat's expertise and help. It's not every day that you are moved to writing a review because of an employee somewhere going above and beyond. Cat truly saved the day I think Walgreens is very lucky to have an employee like her

My experience at this Walgreens location was very good. I received my flu vaccination and the gentleman who administered the vaccination was very nice. The pharmacy personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this Walgreens location.

Describe my experience... Well the employee part was good but my prescription part isn't. I paid for a prescription and a month later paid the same price for a about 1/2.
Both cost me the same but lastti.e I received the 3.4 Oz this month all I got was 1.8 Oz. Which cost over $20 and that is with insurance.

Seems they NEVER get the fax from the Doctor, doesn't matter which Dr. Always have to call Dr. Back and ask them to send it again. A new glitch today, had Dr. Call me and want to know if I was taking the prescription they called in, I told him I never knew about it. Called this Walgreens and after some song and dance, they said they had it, just didn't fill it. The prescription was sent April 8th, today is the 24th! I learned my lesson, no more.

Super rude staff. They are just not fit for customer service. Miserable people truly. Go somewhere else.
