This place gets a negative star !The worst Wi-Fi you can imagine and people who just hang up on you and your left with no Wi-Fi for hours ..A man came out to “service our connection” and when he left nothing worked or would connect to the Wi-Fi . But before he arrived, everything was working just fine. The ladies were rude and said that I was being rude when I just want my Wi-Fi when that’s exactly what we paid for do not trust these people do not give them your money.

I don't think they even deserve one star. We have had their service for a month and no joke almost every week we are having problems with this service. It is slow not the fast internet we are paying for and we lose the internet all the time. This company and the service is a joke. NOT WORTH THE $70.00 WE PAY FOR. This is one customer that will not be going through them anymore when our month is up. And total we have paid $140.00. total now

Not getting the speeds I pay for at all there bs service is double natting 24/7 doesn't even work half the time tempted to take it into the bbb at this point because you can not charge people for service you are refusing to give them looks like starlink here I come

Horrible service! When it was Golden Valley Cable before it was sold, we had great internet. Now we have the worst internet possible! We are supposed to get 6 megs and we are lucky if we get 1 (ONE)!!It doesn't do any good to call in about it because there's nothing they can do and have no plans to update any equipment. There is no after hours or weekend help either if there are any issues.Unfortunately 1 ⭐ is the lowest I can do, otherwise I'd do -100 ⭐ if possible! I really wish that Tri-State wifi would cover this area!

On March 22, 2002, my wife and I started Route 66 Broadband Service (Previously Golden Valley Cable & Communications) in Golden Valley and had no disruptions since. The service has been excellent. Exactly 20MB as Advertised. Whenever we receive a BILL, we pay it. However, this month (July), I noticed a 3 months of back-charges for $209.85 . Apparently, Route 66 went through some system upgrades and couldn't find my payments in the system. I called in and spoke with Amanda and was referred to Andrea (Manager of Invoices) to find out what was going on. Since I wanted to get to the bottom of this problem, I drove to the Route 66 Location at 4225 Highway 68 Suite A with my Credit Card Statements. Andrea was very polite and apologized for the glitch as they were doing system upgrades. She "fixed the glitch" and now will I pay what is due for the next month. I gave the crew some coffee money as I was grateful that they helped me out and I realize as a Business Owner that all they ever hear is Complaints... I Highly recommend this company as they stand by their word, which is rare in this day and age... Thank You for the Excellent Service!

Horrible service! When it was Golden Valley Cable before it was sold, we had great internet. Now we have the worst internet possible! We are supposed to get 6 megs and we are lucky if we get 1 (ONE)!!It doesn't do any good to call in about it because there's nothing they can do and have no plans to update any equipment. There is no after hours or weekend help either if there are any issues.Unfortunately 1 ⭐ is the lowest I can do, otherwise I'd do -100 ⭐ if possible! Guy showed up on time. Set up the new router l bought even though I didn't buy it from them. Went over the complete set up took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked. Saved major bucks. Works great.

I have been having low internet service for a month. I called the 866 number which transferred me to the local number. But, before she did she said that she had to see if it wasn't me or someplace else. I told her, I checked everything on my end and I am sure that it it the internet service. She said it looks like the connection has been compromised. Not to do with me. I told her my computer is updated and it has no virus. I have checked everything. So, she transfers me to the local company down the road, I have to admit I am not happy. The person here told me, that the system has been compromised that people are going over their allotment. I said, what does that have to do with me? She said, herself and us the people that pay have to put up with it. Not exact words. She didn't care, I said this has been going on for a month. She said for her too. But, I said, I am paying for these people who are going over their allotment and having poor service? I live alone and work, I am barely at home to even look at the internet on my laptop. I do like to let it stream when I am at home for the noise but, she said that I haven't even reached my allotment. So, I am mad at this and told her that I will look into Suddenlink, she said, they don't serve this area, try, ""Data Max". I have never heard of them so I got on my phone and called Dish. Goodbye Golden Valley Communication INC.

Please people of Golden Valley, AZ.. Call suddenlink and other internet providers start requesting for them to come here! They will never come if you don't keep pushing for it!! It's crazy to think we are stuck paying over 40-60$ for just 1-5mbps when people in cities paying less then $30 for 25mbps! I'd pay 100$ plus just to be able to let my kids play games! 1-5mbps isn't enough for gaming/streaming with multiple users let alone by yourself. What is sad is Kingman and Bullhead both have 1000mbps options available where us in the middle can only get 1-5mbps!! You do the math are internet is EXTREAMLY SLOW!! Frontier doesn't reach my area and even at a family members house there only getting 1-7mbps with them! WE NEED MORE! This is 2020 everything is done online, stand up and fight for what we deserve! instead of letting them rule are wallets because they are the ONLY internet out here!

I would change their slogan to, "If you Love paying for something and only getting it Sometimes...Were your Company!!!" or "Customer Service...what's that???" I know the FCC will catch them selling more then they can supply...Isn't that called FRAUD????
