A little pricey but SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Friendly and helpful Manager. Showers and laundry were great (and very much appreciated!). My few interactions with other residents (permanent and passing through) were friendly and cordial.

Not a hotel. This is an RV park. Not a lot to do in the area but nice park to stay in.
