This is SEVERAL DATES Rich came out to my Glendale home on May 27th 2024 and he was great- got my vein easily (usually its difficult & takes more than 1 try). He was professional yet friendly. My results were available by Monday memorial day. Rich came out again on June 7th 2024 and again was friendly professional & got my vein right away. I am very pleased with this service .Today is 8/22/ 2024 & so now Rich & I joke around as kind of know each other as he has been my home a lot. Even at 6 am in the morning with only my 1 eye open as too early for me -;we can have a couple laughs during the quick draw. I am not always sent a review link or sometimes just don't see it as I just saw Rich last week. I honestly don't know what I'd do if I lost 1st Choice like if my insurance picked another Phlebotomy service as 1st Choice is the BEST. Rich always calls me 20 minutes from my house to wake me up so I can be ready. I'm very happy, I have a lot of medical conditions & it's painful waiting forever at labs so I rely on this service & they must be good as seem to keep their best Phlebotomist working & busy.
