The price here is cheap and the phone service is good but the employees and the manager here does not know how to do there jobs. Valeria R. got us set up and messed up terribly. She set up my name wrong so I can’t access my account. And messed up SIM cards and did not explain important information. Do not recommend.

I’ve had bad experiences in Verrado and decided to give the Dyart branch a chance. Finally, I had someone who was nice and kind. Ray was very professional and very helpful. He answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable too. I didn’t feel rushed. I'll be coming back to upgrade a few phones on my account. Thanks Ray for caring.

JOLIE was awesome from the beginning she guided my wife and I thru getting 4 phones and was very happy doing it. ATT so far as been a great experience. Unlike Verizon who is the worst co ever

Everything was good, we paid for the taxes on the phones, after 9 days gould get one phone. They stated the card needed to be updated, no one could explain why. We were treated so poorly after the third visit to the store and two days with the 1 800 # the manager on duty had the worst attitude problem, she treated us as it was all our fault. The lady who initially set up the service, left out so much information and that's why we had to go back and fourth. We are the customers and we were treated horribly.

My son and I went to the ATT store #SM13 in Goodyear Az on Dysart Road to upgrade his phone.
Our associate Jessica L. greeted us right away, was extremely pleasant, professional and so knowledgeable about policy, product information etc. Most of all she carefully listened to what our needs, budget and product we desired. 10 out of 10 experience! Because of her we had the most positive experience purchasing a new phone. Jessica L is an absolute asset to your ATT team. Thanks Jessica!

We decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T. The reps at this store were nice and polite. But every deal they offered us was a lie. We go a first bill and found out we were playing $300 more per month. I wouldn't do business here. They are not honest.
