Imagine just hiring a bunch of people that dont know anything about vehicle parts… management included and throwing them all into one store… well thats this autozone….
I was sold the wrong part for my vehicle after providing engine year make and model. Went to return it and they refused to take it back stating it was used because its oily…..
The part is a vvt solenoid that comes pre lubricated lol…. It also does NOT fit my vehicle so how the hell would i have used it?
Dont buy anything here. I know i wont be anymore

Came to replace my tail light bulbs and an associate, Isaiah, did it for me and also showed me how to do it, as it was my first time doing so. Service was fast and he was very friendly, I'll be sure to come back.

Extremely disappointing to find that the Manager there couldn’t help my son with a battery replacement today. My husband and I were both still working and my son decided to take his car battery to get it charged and ready for school tomorrow. He says the battery failed the charge and he was told he needed a new battery. They never asked him if he had a warranty or any type of information to try and help out this kid one bit. Before he got off the phone with me I mentioned the warranty he says they just told me I needed to purchase a new one. I then told him to go back give them my husbands number and they will see it’s under warranty. He calls back a few minutes later saying they said they didn’t see that car battery and only see some of our other car batteries on their end. So we knew something just wasn’t right. We know it hasn’t been that long since we got this one. My husband had to put work on hold, drive to the same Auto zone to tell them he needs a battery replacement since that one is dead. He gives them the same phone number and just like that they gave him the replacement battery. Why couldn’t you guys just ask my son questions. Yeah maybe he looked like he didn’t know what he was doing but that’s because he didn’t. He is learning but you know what you guys taught him a good lesson today. Not everyone is passionate about the job they choose to do. Start doing your job right, listen and ask questions. Instead you guys choose doing things the hard way and not for you but for us. Can’t believe that you choose this path over helping your customers and trying to play them only because you saw an opportunity. And all for what to make budget!!!! Maybe you guys need to turn your focus on helping your customers, rather than trying to take from them and then maybe you’ll meet budget.

I bought a battery with a three year replacement a year ago and it’s bad. They won’t replace it because someone didn’t enter my info correctly. I have had the same number for 10 years or more.
