They made a black man feel like I was attempting to attend a Trump Rally, bruh you are not welcomed here nor do we want your business. For the one immature banker on his 30 minute wait time that was so unprofessional by asking me questions in the middle of the bank. If you don't want to be in customer service then do something else. The entire staff needs lessons on how to treat people.

We've been extremely happy with the service at this branch. The Branch Manager, Adam, has always been extremely helpful and friendly and has taken time out of his day on more than one occasion to help. He is a huge asset to the company and really cares about his clients. We appreciate the entire team at the Goodyear branch and would highly recommend to anyone!

Sub standard customer service. Management not owning up to its responsibilities. Treating us like we don't matter. Not recommending this branch to anyone.

We have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for the one banker that is here today. There are people sitting at desks or walking around that despite me asking someone, can't help us. The one banker that is here is too busy talking about where he grew up and his family history. I get the attempt at a friendly, personal touch but when you have people waiting this long you sometimes need to cut to the chase and get what needs to be done, done. The service at this bank has been on a steady decline for years. This is the final straw. We have 5 accounts here for various family members that we will be closing and moving to a "real" bank. If you are looking for a new bank, bypass this one. It's a joke. Update: Two hours and we are still here.

Great benefits and customer service. I have had the traditional fee problems that other big banks cough cough Bank of America and chase charge but Bmo reverses them instead of fighting with you. Diandra Perone was fantastic at helping me change my name while the personal bankers were busy! Thanks so much Diandra you rock!

This bank does not know how to manage HSA accounts. They will set one up but have no clue in what the law says regarding the account after that. Do not ever call the customer service line, they are rude, will hang up on you, and take a minimum of 15 minutes to answer your call. I suggest banking some where else.
