STORE DOES NOT HONOR POSTED HOURS!! I went in 10 minutes before closing to just pick up my mobile order and the girl was by the door standing and ignoring me. I tried to see if maybe that door was locked and tried opening another one and was also locked. That's when she said come tomorrow we're closed???? Only time I can go is after work.. and drove all the way over there for nothing!!!

I just recently started shopping here. I enjoy the sales that they offer. Recently when I was shopping in the store I discovered that they started selling cartons for refilling your soap, as a minimalist I love this idea. I try to repurpose things all the time or buy refills to do my part in helping Mother Nature. I love the scents they offer and I just discovered the men’s section which offers great scents for that special guy in your life or for a gift.

I was there to do a pick up from an online order. I asked one of the workers what to do. He vaguely pointed and said "Up there the cashier will help you out. The line was long to see the cashier but I waited. I then noticed a lady assisting ppl who just walked up to the counter. After 10 minutes that same cashier who pointed vaguely comes to me and says "you are in the wrong line" LOL... let's just say I then waited in the correct like to get my order and left. Way to go Mr. Vaguely!

I love this place!! Scents for literally everyone. This location is "Da Bomb"! Big, big store, helpful and friendly staff, staff knew what they were doing ? ?!!! The HALLOWEEN ? products are in!!! They are beautiful. I believe the new fall scents are out too. They smell like fall. I want to wear my sweater, drink hot cocoa and snuggle up to read a book. But really, the Halloween products are stunning. You have to see them in person. Enjoy!!

Me and my son love shopping at bath and body works. Everything smells amazing except for Japanese cherry blossom but that's not the point. My son was sniffing the hand sanitizers and since it smelled so good he ate some and now I'm in the hospital because he got sick,. ????????????

The ONLY reason I started shopping at Bath & Body Works is because of Isaac Ortiz' great suggestions on candle scents. I use to buy my candles from the grocery store but it's because of Isaac that I am obsessed with B&BW candles, especially the Eucalyptus and the patchouli candles.

Lots of stuff, but never what you are looking for because they don't have it in stock... You can sample it but you can't have it... Specially when you are traveling and need it right away. That's the biggest issue, then is the steep prices, but wait...if you buy this many, you get ..... And that's how the get you. Shop at your own risk and wallet ?♂️

Hi … I’ve been an shopper of Bath & Body Works for as long as I can remember. Love all their products, buying for my home and always as gifts . I wanted to tell you I’ve really enjoyed being greeted by a gentleman named Isaac… he’s only smiling, friendly , kind and funny too . I love his enthusiasm for his job and always has made great suggestions of of new items I probably will love to add to my collection. I know you cannot clone him to have him working at all your stores … but if there was a way… he’d be my first pick ! See you soon for more goodies. Linda

I don’t know about anyone else but the last several years the candles have hardly no scent! Purchased 500.00 online candles and went to swap out the candles for a stronger scent and was denied? This was my happy place too! Sorry others had to ruin it for people whom just want what they paid for. I guess my family and I will be taken our business elsewhere, unfortunately seems we spent combined 2k just this fall Christmas season! Sadly disappointed!
