Came here for the first time and it doesn’t seem to have the selection of a place like Total Wine, but what they do have is still good and it’s closest to me too, so not a bad experience at all.

Place is great. Staff is nice and quick to help. The manager is not very nice. Stay clear of him. Everyone is great.

Had placed an order through Uber Eats, and had not received it. Uber Eats suggested I call the store for an ETA. The guy who picked up the phone on 12/31/24 at 6:35 p.m. sounded under the influence of something. He couldn't give me any details on my order, I was put on hold for most of the call... and after 8 minutes finally got an answer. He was insanely rude, and it was difficult to understand why he couldn't understand any of my questions. This was my first and last time dealing with BevMo in any capacity. I'll go to QuikTrip or Walmart. Eight bucks for a small bag of Doritos is wild too.

It's been a few years since I've been to BevMo, and boy has it changed and not necessarily for the better. I would say it's a decent place to go for alcohol if it's convenient for you. I would definitely not go out of they way for it. Their verity/selection has gotten much smaller than I remember. If you're looking for a quick pickup of a few things of alcohol great it works for you, but if you're looking for quantity and more verity of alcohol, I would recommend going to Total Wine!

The cashier ran back and forth from the doors to the checkout like a maniac three times. Then greeted me by calling me "Hey buddy"
And then gaslit me about someone I just saw spinning their tires in the parking lot by telling that it definitely didn't happen.
I was just there for beer like wow.

Want to give 5 stars but everytime I visit there's always an issue. Too much to post here but I'll keep coming back for now as they have my favorite beer, Spellbinder in small keg.

Be careful buying anything considered "rare" online from this store. Bevmo policy states that they are to hold online orders for 7 days for pickup before they release the product back to shelves. I was travelling for work and ordered an EH taylor bourbon for pickup upon my return. I received confirmation my order was picked and waiting for me. On day 5 out of 7, the store cancelled my order due to "unforeseen circumstances" AKA they sold my PAID FOR order out from under me. Customer service is unresponsive. What a shady way of doing business.
