I took my car to get an oil change and had the brakes checked. Yoshi made sure I was informed on what the tech found on my brakes. The rotors were turned and now my brakes are running much more smoothly. Will definitely take my car for service there again.

I have to start by saying that Johnny general manager is an amazing person. Every time I come to set up an appointment for an oil change or to find out what is happening to my car, he always gives me an honest opinion, he takes his time show me what is wrong with my car, explains and points the part needed to be fix, even after the damage parts are removed he physically shows me why the parts needed to be replace and reason why was important to fix. He always tries to give you some discount to ease the weight of the bill. He goes way and beyond to make sure your car is working properly to ensure your safety. I have dealt with the rest of his staff, and everyone is the same, kind, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this brake plus on Estrella Parkway.

The customer service here was amazing, not just to my sister and I but ever person who walked through that door. We got to meet Henry and Johnny. They were kind, personable and the work was quick and efficient! We definitely will be back, and are happy to give them our services and support! 😁😁

Whoa, the crew at that place did an incredible job replacing the brakes on my Jeep Grand Cherokee! Their pricing is seriously way better than most other places around, and they even hook you up with a Lyft ride back home so you don't have to hang out and wait. Plus, they're super friendly and helpful about explaining what your ride needs and doesn't need. Jake, in particular, was a huge help with my vehicle, and I'm totally stoked. I'm definitely gonna keep bringing my business to them and totally recommend Brakes Plus. You guys rock!

The sweetest team ever. I had scheduled for a brake change. They were able to guide me through different options and prices. Even though I didn’t go through any services, they were sweet and let me know that they would be glad to have me back if I did change my mind. I had updated throughout the process and they were easy to reach any time I called. Had a pleasant experience. Howard and Yoshi helped me check out and were great! I will be recommending their services to anyone.
