Shift Manager, Katrina really made me feel welcomed. Excellent Service and the meal was Amazing! The General Manager Shannon even took time to give a smile and asked if I needed anything else. Very Professional atmosphere. This Burger King was an "I WILL DEFINITELY EAT HERE AGAIN" experience!!

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no help. Decided to pull away and some poor guy at the window obviously been there awhile. He was irritated and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. If it is that difficult for these employees to do a simple task like get on the microphone and say thank you for choosing Burger King we will be right with you.... thats sad. There's plenty of places to eat around here- go someplace else especially if you're hungry and want to be acknowledged.

Horrible horrible experience the manager the one that suppose to show a good management to his employees, he was just terrible. I walked in an all he showed us was this ugly attitude on his face didn’t show no respect towards me and just gave me straight up attitude. By the way he was sitting down on the counter on his phone infront of the costumers, and I’m pretty sure he didn’t clean his hands afterwards. That does not look right to me.

First off, one of the cleanest BKs I've been in. With that said, I had some issues with my drive thru order and had to return to the store. We all make mistakes, but how to deal with those mistakes can make or break a customer's experience. The manager was very apologetic and resolved the issue without question. She turned a potential unhappy customer and negative review to a positive experience and review. Couldn't give a 5 just because of the initial mishap
