Bank managers are incredible. Every couple months since I opened my account they give me a call to check up on me. Never had such a connection with a bank before.

I've only been to this bank 3x and it's always been around noon and there is always a long slow line. 15 minute wait to make a withdrawal.Wish there was another chase in the area so I could try my luck at that branch.

The Chase Bank at the PebbleCreek location is THE WORST EVER!! Always a line of customers waiting, waiting, waiting.... I asked why the lines are always so long, and the manager says "Well the explosive growth in the area accounts for it." So I asked "Well, if business has increased, wouldn't it stand to reason that you would hire an additional teller or two to handle the increased business?" No reply - just a side glance from him. Fool. I'm closing my account and never doing any business ever agin with Chase Bank.

I line this bank cos it's close by and efficient service. It's also quiet inside and the people are super nice.

My husband and I have had 2 bad experiences with this specific branch. The branch manager was refusing to give us a new cashiers check although we needed a new one because they misspelled the name on the check, he stated that there was nothing they could do and was extremely rude about the situation even though they were in the wrong. My husband had to figure it out himself by calling another chase branch and the representative stated that its fixable and instructed my husband how to do it so he can tell this branch manager how to retrieve a new one. When this branch manager was informed he coincidentally stated “ohh yeah we just figured out how to do it as well” this lasted over a month and we almost lost our home because of their laziness. Today we went in to open a checking account and the same branch manager stated that he didn't have a banker, right after he had told a lady that entered after us that they would be helped to open a new account. I don’t like to bring the race card but that white older couple came after us and got helped before us and they’re able to open a new account. And us, a Mexican young couple were told we had to schedule an appointment for the same reason. This branch needs to be investigated ASAP!!!!

Listen i came here I went to open a checking account and waited a whole month for the card and supposedly I was gonna get it the seventh day the card and had to reordered it like three times and was patient enough to wait, very disappointed not coming again

Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this branch. The thought of closing my 3 business account crossed my mind as I was leaving, after not being helped. Should of went to Navy Federal to begin with. You live and learn I suppose ??

This bank is always clean and the tellers are marvelous. Never had any problems with drive up ATM machine either.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! You can't walk in and create an account anymore. You have to schedule an appointment days in advance! It's only 2-3 people working in the entire bank. This branch is absolute trash! The manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible service been a chase member for many years this location seems to have issues training employees not friendly or welcoming atmosphere at all but they want your money made a substantial deposit Wednesday the 26th ask if they have a notary at this location the next day was told yes but expect to wait 45mins as notary is also a teller showed up the next day to have time sensitive document notarized gal looked at us with the deer in the headlights look was told no notary at this location if you want people holding your money don't care of have a clue this is your bank I chose to take my money elsewhere
