I'm a chase customer, I've made Chase lots of interest payments yet this branch could not notarize a document any sooner than 3 days from now. Common Chase, what happened to customer service?

Why is this bank closed on Saturday? But if you drive out another 8 mins you'll find another chase bank that is open on Saturday. So weird.

I had an appointment at 4:00pm today with Nicole P. I waited 15mins before going up an interrupting, to ask if I should just come back another time and she told me to just reschedule with the teller. She then asked me why I even needed done today which tells me how off task she is. After her response and total disregard of my valuable time I will not be returning ever again as they seem to be very unprofessional. If you value your time definitely do not work with her.

I had a 4:00 pm appointment with Nicole Pfeiffer and I must say after waiting 15mins after our appointment because she wasnt on track I went to ask if today was still a good time. She then told me to go to the teller an reschedule. She didn't even know why I was there and assumed my time want valuable. If you value your time do not schedule with her, very unprofessional.

They closed in the middle of the day, thanks for wasting my time. What could you possibly be doing? Taking a siesta? What is this, Spain? No, no, no. You lot work FOR ME. You don’t get to be lazy and mediocre, I expect more from my Bank. Get your act together, you’re a JP Morgan branch for Pete’s sake, START ACTING LIKE IT.

This is a bad chase bank. Expect long wait times and disrespectful staff. Rockefeller company, all other banks are the same. This country needs change

I just want to complement the employees at this chase bank location for their excellent customer service. From the branch manager to the tellers everyone is outstanding. They are always helpful and friendly. It is nice to be addressed by your name and told to have a nice day with every interaction you have with them.

We’ve been customers if this particular branch since we moved to AZ. Their customer service is the best and they all treat you like family.

Wanted to merge my fiancé and I account and waited 30 minutes and still wasn't seen... while an employee was getting quotes for his own backyard.

All of the employees are exceptionally helpful, go out of their way to get you what you need, and are alway pleasant. It is also one of the few branches that actually still have tellers instead of computer screens. Screens will never replace the personal interaction. Would drive out of my way just to use this branch!!!!!

I came in this morning to open a checking account. They sent me to the location on Estrella because the banker called in sick. Took my business to Wells Fargo instead.

My 70 year old grandma went into the chase here on Cotton because her sister sent her money through the zelle app, an app CHASE offers on their website. My grandma doesnt have the app or the net and the email my grandma's sister used in the app to send the money is not the same one my grandma has registered with Chase. My grandma was confused and had some questions and thought maybe they would help her make sure her app was set up right and that funding went through. I took her to the chase and she called me into the bank when the tellers told her someone was going to help her. The Mexican older man came out quick, completely ignored my grandmother and said, " you know how to do apps on your phone right." I then said I wasn't there for me but for her and tried to explain to him what she needed. He was unwilling to help in the slightest way and he sent us on our way. Probably the most uncourteous encounter I've ever had.
