My experience hasn't been good starting after COVID mask mandates went away...I have never done business with a bank where we had to make appts ..! Went in to deposit a sizeable check and was told I had to make an appointmet...WHAT??!! Now to be fair the Chase bank I'm dealing with now that I moved to Sun City is fine,,,no complaints so far. It's just this one in Goodyear that I hope I NEVER have cause to use!

We've been a customer since the Valley National Bank days, and have used this branch in Estrella since it opened. Banking here we get that "small town feel", we know the tellers, our banker, our investment banker, the branch manager before she retired, and they know us by sight. Such great service.

The door would not open after placing the card in the allowed spot. Also the atm would not take the cash I needed to deposit

There is a personal banker in this branch named Alexandra. She was extremely helpful and professional with her work with me closing out some necessary things for my deceased mom's accounts. She actually helped me with a life insurance policy not even related to chase bank. If I lived closer to her branch I would definitely be a customer.

The staff are friendly here, but I tried to walk in on a Saturday to open an account and they wanted me to make an appointment for the following week.. That was not a good sign to me, so I went to another bank.. Too bad :(

I have used this branch since it opened. Hands down the best customer service for personal or business needs. I don't know what experiences others have had, but I use this branch on a daily basis. They are kind, helpful and very professional.

Just took my son in to open his first acct this morning, we don't bank at Chase but thought this would be good since it's so close to our home. Walked in and stood in the middle of lobby, after a few moments a short woman came out of her cubby and walked right past us, I had to say "excuse me" as she didn't acknowledge us. I asked if there was a place to sign in, as we needed to open an account. She never welcomed us or even greeted us, she said we could ask the tellers, then said "well do you have appointment?" I said I wasn't aware of needing and appointment (as your website doesn't state that an appointment is needed). I told her we did not, in which she replied I could talk to a teller because they are booked out for appointments. To which I replied, we will go to another bank. She could have easily greeted us, she could have said..."a new act? Great we will take care of you!" The branch not having anyone available to help us or needing an apt is not what bothered us, it was her attitude like we were inconveniencing the bank by coming in to open an account. We went down the hill to Wells Fargo were we were enthusiastically greeted, and given the option to wait or schedule apt. Thankfully Wells Fargo turned it into a positive experience for my son and was more than willing to happily get his act open.

The name you write on a Notary certificate must exactly match the name on your official Notary commission. Also, you must sign each Notary certificate with the signature that you filed with your commissioning official. Don't leave out or add an initial to your signature if it doesn't match your commission name on file. I copied and pasted this directly from a web site. Be warned be very warned that the people at this chase bank don't not know how to Notarize documents the correct way. Twice my mortgage lender sent documents and twice the woman did not sign her name the same way as the seal she stamped on the paperwork. She signed her name with a middle initial and her stamp only has her first and last name. I went back in good faith to get these second documents corrected and they asked me how they should correct them. I'm not a notary the woman is and she should know how to correct them.Avoid this Chase branch at all costs. No apology given and I was spoken down to by a person filling in for the manager who told me that the paperwork looked good to her. Then she tells me she's not a notary so she doesn't really know. Anyways avoid them it's a free service which she kept mentioning to me. But the free service doesn't mean it should be done in a half a** way.

My partner and I had set up a business meeting for this morning at 9am with Alexandra Tellez. We had one appointment for today for our business bank account and then another day for our company credit card. The first appointment was made two weeks ago and the second appointment was made this morning at 2am. When we get to the bank Alexandra tells my partner that she has another 9am and that she did not see us listed at all. After some back and forth she states she can "slide us in" but if her 9am comes she will have to work with them. OK fine. The nine am she was referring to doesn't show up because we were her 9am. During the meeting she keeps telling us she has a 10am and that we have to rush to get this done. At 958am all of a sudden her computer is messing up and she can not complete her application. When her 10am comes in she is trying to rush us out the door. We had an appointment and a screenshot confirmation of the appointment for today but she never asked to see it even though I offered to show her. In customer service if a customer has an appointment confirmation you should finish helping that customer Instead of making it seem like something is wrong with your computer to get us out the door to help another customer. This was so unprofessional and I was left without a resolution. All we wanted was a bank account and got a headache. Would not recommend.

This branch has been helping us since they open. Barbara and Holly are the best, always providing great service. This has been tough time for all businesses because of Covid-19 but people at this branch hung in there and still provided as best of a service as they could. Thank you!
