The Chase Bank at the PebbleCreek location is THE WORST EVER!! Always a line of customers waiting, waiting, waiting.... I asked why the lines are always so long, and the manager says "Well the explosive growth in the area accounts for it." So I asked "Well, if business has increased, wouldn't it stand to reason that you would hire an additional teller or two to handle the increased business?" No reply - just a side glance from him. Fool. I'm closing my account and never doing any business ever agin with Chase Bank.

I line this bank cos it's close by and efficient service.It's also quiet inside and the people are super nice.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! You can't walk in and create an account anymore. You have to schedule an appointment days in advance! It's only 2-3 people working in the entire bank. This branch is absolute trash! The manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible service been a chase member for many years this location seems to have issues training employees not friendly or welcoming atmosphere at all but they want your money made a substantial deposit Wednesday the 26th ask if they have a notary at this location the next day was told yes but expect to wait 45mins as notary is also a teller showed up the next day to have time sensitive document notarized gal looked at us with the deer in the headlights look was told no notary at this location if you want people holding your money don't care of have a clue this is your bank I chose to take my money elsewhere

They closed in the middle of the day, thanks for wasting my time. What could you possibly be doing? Taking a siesta? What is this, Spain? No, no, no. You lot work FOR ME. You don't get to be lazy and mediocre, I expect more from my Bank. Get your act together, you're a JP Morgan branch for Pete's sake, START ACTING LIKE IT.

The only reason it got this amount of stars is because my friend got his New debit card mailed to him, and the manager answered a question promptly. Other than that... they were slow, pretty rude and just a stuffy location. Idk. Maybe that is why I no longer bank with Chase.
