I called to ask about pricing for front left wheel bearing replacement. They quoted a price that was acceptable so I made an appointment for the following week. I arrived this morning, checked in, and was presented a much higher price. Bait and switch. Not doing business here ever! Businesses like this deserve no star.

took my vehicle in for a noise coming possibly from front suspension. paid $75 for diagnostic fee. called me a couple of hours later to tell me my sway bar and front control arms (links) were loose. ultimately just needed to be tightened. Wanted to charge me $400 to do this. I understand in a shop having to charge but don't agree with trying to rob someone. Thankfully I know this isn't right and picked up my car. Feel bad for others don't know and would pay that price. would not recommend based off this experience.

Not military friendly! Horrible experience, the finance manager Roger lied to my face saying my insurance didn't cover gap insurance after talking to my agent it was 1000 dollars cheaper then what they charged me. I was told they would refund me and I'm still waiting a month later. I will never shop here again and I will be sure to tell my family friends co worker's and neighbors not to be scammed by Pinnacle. On top of that they wouldn't accept my license with a military stamp even tho I had to show the DMV my dd214 to get it on top of it and harassed me for several weeks over my dd214. Don't waste your time or hard earned money with these crooks. I have reached out and left messages but I got no response happy veterans day!

Last week i had an appointment for diagnostic , my van has a noise everytime i start the engine, after 2-3 hours this guy tried to conviince me to pay for a new full engine, used second opinion shop and found my ac compressor was bad , creating that noise ,also new shop show pictures from damage parts , easy to identify, i guest no need to pay 6k

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a Nissan Sentra here at Pinnacle. My salesman, Antwione Cobb was very pleasant and low pressure to buy. The manager was also very reasonable to negotiate with and finance was able to get me out the door efficiently. If you need to buy a vehicle look no further than Pinnacle!

I have a feeling that something is going to happen with this dealership. Ricky Manning seems to be taking advantage of a disabled couple by offering them 85,000 miles for $27,000 and $1,106 a month. It's outrageous and definitely not right.
