My son went in to make a purchase and helped by newer emplpyee Angel. Angel had great customer service, was super friendly, and made sure all our questions were answered. Great job, I definitely recommend Conn's.

We bought son a bed 3 yrs ago. They had to replace 2 yrs ago. Now its falling apart again. Under warranty but conns wont replace. So now its off to civil court!! Consumers BEWARE OF CONNS! They dont care about thier customers!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Literally go anywhere else to shop! The only people I would ever send to the store, people that I really don't like and want to have a bad experience. We had a horrible experience spending $3500 in the store on a sectional and had some major damage done to our home and during the delivery which was not taken care of and Conns says it's not their problem that they use a third-party vendor. So I left a review on Google about my experience, and the quality of the couch and Conns replied to me review and asked me to contact them so they could "make it right" and I did and they refused to do anything for me once again. And yes, it's the same email that they replied to all of these yelp reviews the cons at Zendesk. They just do that to make it look like they care but nothing actually happens. What exactly is the definition of make it right if they haven't done anything to correct the situation I'm not getting any kind of apology from the store or any kind of discount on for the terrible experience. The couch we bought is nowhere near the quality that we were hoping we would get with the amount we paid for it. UPDATE: I reached out to the business as they prompted me to, and they replied to this yelp review, and guess what, nothing happened. They just do that to look good but in all reality, they don't do ANYTHING to resolve the issue! WHAT A JOKE

I'm neurodivergent it was my first time buying a real bed mattress and doing a payment plan etc... through a furniture place my sales person was Alex he was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable answered whatever questions I had etc... he was helpful in finding me the right comfortable soft bed for my fibromyalgia too

I would not recommend shopping at Conn’s. The problem is not at the store or sales level, but rather with the delivery and 3rd party they hire. During delivery there was major damage to our doorframe and weather stripping including cracking of the frame, peeling of paint, and complete punctures to the entire area. I have the delivery guys ON CAMERA doing the damage and all 3 of them argued with me about it to the point of leaving me in tears. The 3rd party claims processor Conn’s uses for damage claims is a joke, as they only offered $100 (we paid over $3,500 for the couch) and the quotes we received to repair the damage were 10x the amount they agreed to send us. We 100% regret this purchase as the quality of the couch and price we paid was not worth all of this trouble we are now going through.

I placed an online order and same day received communication from Julio. He has been so thorough and gone above and beyond. He saw my delivery date was over 3 weeks out and he went out of his way to help me get it this weekend.. he guided every step of the way and has been absolutely amazing!!! Julio is a 5star employee who takes great pride in what he does. Thank you Julio for loving your job and taking such great care of us!

Thought the guys I dealt with were on the up and up. But I'm paying for it now by trusting the sales person and manager. Bought an Samsung 85 in 4k QLED TV from Conn's Goodyear. It was a floor model and thought I was getting a great deal on the unit. The unit was not on, there was no box for it, there was no remote for it.. and they gave me a ridiculous price of $1000. Part of this was on me, I guess... It felt too good to be true. And it was... again, I put too much faith in the salesperson and manager. I had previously bought a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator from them. I bought the TV on 8/23/23. It is Oct 11th, and half the TV is black. We scheduled service for it since it was under warranty (1 year from purchase). When the technician came over, he said that he needed to order a part and come back to install. I had asked him, how much the part is and if I didn't have warranty, what would it cost me to purchase the part and install. He said $1500. $1500!!!! So, after my 1 year warranty from purchase, if I have a similar problem, I would have to pay $1500 to fix. That's basically a new TV! I then said, well, hopefully I can buy an extended warranty. He said I couldn't. I said why. He said this unit is past the manufactured warranty date. I said, how could that be? He said this TV is 2 years old. And that's past the manufactures warranty. So, it wasn't really new. Who knows how many hours the TV was on the wall/floor model. Again, part of this is on me for being too trust worthy and not being diligent to check the TV out... but now, I can't help to feel like I was duped into buying this unit and get it off of "their" hands. Maybe what I was looking for as a buyer from the salesperson and manager is more up front information about the TV, prior use, and what to expect as far as life time use. I will not be doing business with this company, the sales person, and manager again.
