I guess when you hire new employees they decide what the rules are. They stated that my husband had to have the main person on the bill standing right beside him to switch his phone out when he is the one who pays the majority of that bill. The only reason why we even got on the plan to begin with was to help my parents save money! Besides that, we have never had a problem for the past 5 years on this plan I have gone in and switched my phone out several times without my mother, and so has my husband, not needing her at either one of our hips (who lives hours away), all that is required for future families that share plans is the Pin# and name!!!! Why would the company promote families to share plans if they were gonna make it impossible to have their phone serviced or anything if the main person on the phone had to be sewn at the hip! Majority people sharing plans DONT LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD! We even have our college daughter on the same plan and she never has a problem trading in her phone as she is out of state! Watch who you hire, make sure they follow the rules that everyone else does and not be so rude and disrespectful! It’s honestly awful to be motivated with hate! My husband literally works in the heat almost 7 days a week working 12-14 hour days majority time and he has never once treated anyone with disrespect and has always seen people as a community of hard workers, especially when you work in construction in homes with NO AC! It would be nice if we all saw eachother as hard workers trying to make it in this world, but some people are so bent on making it as hard as possible and I’m telling you it’s awful to be motivated with that! But I did report it to everyone I knew to because the two working that day should be reprimanded for the behavior! I don’t believe in firing unless this is something they do a lot but if not they were really rude and they know who they are.

I just want to say that this store has the best customer service for any Cricket store. I have gone to others and this by far is the best location. We were helped by Celeste and she was so friendly on the phone and even in person when we visited the store. She was very helpful and courteous and explained everything we needed to know about adding another line for our IPAD. Go see Celeste to help you out she is awesome and knowledgeable. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to visit this store worth it!

Great staff, the ladies were very kind and helped me with all the questions I had about switching service. They recommended all the items I needed for my new phone and even offered a payment plan for the phone I wanted but couldn't afford. I've also had nothing but a good experience since switching over, I purchased the 60 plan which has not given me any buffering issues! I would highly recommend this store and service! Great phone selection, service, and affordable prices!
