This is by far the worst pharmacy. No sense of urgency. Employees messing around. They have a line 15+ people and shut the door for lunch with no warning.

Avoid this pharmacy! 5 people in the back and only one at the register (male who was very unprofessional and rude!). Went to drop off my insurance card because I knew they would have to reprocess it anyways, they told me I would have to go through the pick up line even though I wasn’t picking anything up because they have to submit insurance first. Avoid this place at all costs. Thankfully my insurance only covers Walgreens now, which I’m perfectly fine with. Will never be returning.

The staff needs to be retrained, they don't give full information on things they should be telling customers in the first place.

Wow and you call your self a pharmacy well let me tell you something please answer the phone and next time calls you don’t be rude like you don’t want to help . Second I left my name and my prescriptions names for you guys to see if you have them in there and then he say he was going to call me back he didn’t what type of Pharmacy is this if you’re going to have attitudes with your costumers ok ! And then don’t return the calls you don’t want people to treat you like that when you go another store or you wouldn’t want me to do that same to you ha . So please just return the calls when you say that you’re going to call back thank .

This pharmacy is very poorly run from an administrative perspective. The pharmacists are very helpful when you need drug guidance but the receptionist/tech's are understaffed and overworked. It is clear they are not happy to be there and help. The line is always enormous and takes forever. The "one line" technique they use to drop off and pick up prescriptions seems very inefficient.

This used to be my pharmacy but I finally switched because it went downhill. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and maybe someone will call you back. They won’t transfer prescriptions out to a different pharmacy if you request it for some reason, they make you have the other pharmacy call to request it. After several requests they never send it and the pharmacist had to call (and leave a voicemail) and he had to have them give them the info over the phone because they wouldn’t fax it. Long lines, rude employees, especially the short hair lady with the glasses. Save yourself the trouble.

They close at 8 pm. I came at 7:59 pm. I should still be able to receive service, right? Unfortunately, the pharmacist had other engagements to go to ( per her words).
The pharmacist told me the transactions take too long, so if any customers come at 7:59, they can't be served. I would have to come at 7:58 pm in order to get served. I can't even make this stuff up.
Tell me you don't care about the customers with your chest out, then. They made my daughter cry because of their rude attitudes. One of the ladies in the back yelled, "OUR CASH REGISTERS ARE CLOSED." That's what made my daughter cry. We ran to make it at 7:59 pm. Just for them to yell at us. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I'll update the pharmacist's name as soon as I get it.

It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone and if you do get a hold of someone they are usually rude they are always out of my mediation and can never get it in stock on a timely manner they always tell me it's going to take weeks to get my medication. As of when Walgreens is out of stock they can get it the next day I recommend going to Walgreens they treat their customers with respect and act like real pharmacist I will never go to a cvs again especially the way this one has treated me.

It is very irritating when you walk up to the counter and there’s only one person at the register. Especially when there’s a big line waiting to be served and there are 4 to 5 people in the back working! Every time I go the wait is 30 minutes or longer!! This is poor customer service and needs to be fixed!!

Really bad the girls in the front counter skinny with glasses seemed to be bothered to be working. They asked me to waited 30 min. And did no bothered to call my name when the prescription was fulfilled. When I ask if the medecine was ready she responded in a rude manner now I wonder why they have two starts.

They closed early so I couldn’t get medication for a wisdom tooth patient. They were supposed to have the medication ready right after the procedure, but it took them an extra hour and by that piont that had closed, even though they were supposed to have the meds ready right after procedure
