Service was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! They are always in a hurry even there is no customer. Cut me off when I was asking a question just to finish the transaction already. Didnt get a chance to read whats on the screen and answer it for you!If you guys dont like your job and hate customers then look for a different line of career. I hope this pharmacy will hire people who will not only give the medicines but offer a great customer service.

Dumbest pharmacy staff on the planet. I should have listened to the other reviews because they are 100% right. They make up they own rules and goes against insurance policies . You've been warm

Chrissy “just” a technician has to be the worst rep. Horrible horrible way she spoke to me. . The cvs in target had been extremely rude. We changed pharmacy bc of their horrible service but now our insurance say they are contracted with CVS only.

On Saturday 09/17 I picked up 2 of medications. I was supposed to have 90 pills of each. I didn’t open the bottles until I got home and that’s when I notice one bottle was short 60 pills and the other bottle was short 58. I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist who immediately told me I was wrong because she pulled up the pictures and saw that the one bottle had 90 but the other bottle she admitted I was short 10 pills. I drove to the pharmacy and showed the pharmacist the pills I had in the bottle and that I was missing 60 pills for one and 58 for another. She made me feel like I was being dishonest, like I had to lie about being short on the pills, we’re taking about insulin and thyroid meds. She said as a one time courtesy she would give me the rest of the pills because she can only pull up the pics not the video. But she made it very well know that no one at her pharmacy made a mistake. She was extremely condescending, and accepted zero accountability. How does a picture prove that those actual pills when inside of the bottle that I was sold? The picture shows 90 pills for one medicine and it shows 80 for the other, But how does that prove that those actual amount of pills went inside the bottle? I’ve been taking this medicine for a little over three years, I have insurance, I have money, I don’t need to drive an hour to a CVS and lie about pills. This is not the first time people at the CVS have treated me badly. I will never shop at this pharmacy again. I will pay double or triple at another local pharmacy, then to ever come here again and be treated this way.

Target CVS is a joke!!! I called a prescription in on Wednesday that was supposed to be ready at noon Thursday. I get to the store Thursday at 6:00pm, wait in the line 15-20 minutes only to be told that they "are still working on it" and I'll have to wait another 15 minutes for it to be ready AND then I'll have to get back in line and wait...AGAIN!!

Usually it's a long line here. There are between 1-3 staff, with a floater working the counter, from what I've observed. The way the store is organized inside the Target isn't the best. Since a main aisle separates the pharmacy from the wait line area, people from other parts of the store are always cutting through the line, and some of them even cut in line. Too bad there isn't a better way to organize it at this point. I think other stores avoid this problem by putting the pharmacy against the wall and not in the center of the store. You can't use your CVS coupons. Also, I had to temporarily transfer some of my medicines and new prescriptions out because I had Covid and needed to be able to get them at a drive-through. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are usually filled within about 10 minutes. The location is convenient for me. Compared to another pharmacy I've been to, this one is stellar, but you can see there are some other issues that might possibly be addressed.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, BUT ALSO the WORST customer service I have ever had at any store. Like these people have no basic human manner of people working at a store. The meds are never ready. Even when you get a text on notification on the app, once you get there you still have to wait 20 mins. Then when you come back they close without warning. Like not even a heads up that they are going to close. Why even stay open at this point? I have already switched pharmacies. I don't know who manages this store but feel free to reach out to me.

I really do not understand how this location is still open. The staff is the rudest, most obnoxious group of people I think ever in a pharmacy. The lack of customer service, the tone in their voices, the disgust in their voice at the counter or when you call. They have given me the wrong medicine twice - wrong dosage (too strong) and wrong medicine (Jardiance vs synjardy). Always are so sorry on the phone but then in the store some little snot nose twenty something gives me trouble returning it. I even called CVS customer service and had them talk to the staff to correct another incorrect prescription and they came back on the phone and I said "I see what you mean with the attitude" and advised she will be contacting the pharmacy manager on whoever she talked to. I even was told after asking why it took 3 days to fill a prescription that "only 3 days? That's good for us" and she thought that was acceptable.
