Pharmacy customer service or lack there off is horrible.They need training.You call to get help on a prescription and constantly being put on hold without being told they are putting you on hold.They lady that answers is very hard to understand.She is very rude.

I think they need a system that automatically let's them know it's time to fill a prescription, like Walgreens does. You have to stay up until midnight to call in an order. Also they tell you when it will be ready and when you go there it's not even close to being ready. Night time the drive thru is closed, and they should have signs posted early so people don't show up in PJs. And when pharmacy calls for help like the girl did twice, someone needs to help.

Picked up medication and one box had a "X" in marker over the seal tampering notice. Open the box and it's seal is gone and partially used. This is gross & unsanitary. Had to check the rest of the boxes. Reporting this and never returning.

I wish I could give zero stars. Trying to get my medication transferred and the guy is sooooo rude ! Cut me off when trying to give my information saying when I stop by I can have them update my profile. Then says bye and hangs up without giving me time to ask anything.

I love this CVS! I come in here usually every week for my pickup orders. They are always done right. This store is open 24 hours. The cashiers seem very nice. The Pharmacy was also very good.

Rude and unprofessional manger!! He couldn't find my name on the system and said : i will try one more time then he gave back my id and insurance card !!! Its not working.The manager and the staff didn't know how to use the cvs system! (( i use my card at cvs 3-4 times a month at other branches ))

I'm giving them a 1 star every time I have to deal with one tech named Danielle she is rude and disrespectful. She made a mistake on medication I brought it to the rph manager attention and he didn't seem to care. Then tonight I went in the get medications and she was so rude and told me to read her name badge so I don't misspell her name, because I said I'd be back in the morning for some else to run my medication through the insurance. The pharmacist just made things worst by cutting me off and then they talked about it while I left. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. The treatment I've been getting will go to corporate.

Was just on hold for 15 minutes and immediately hung up on, called back and the man I spoke with was incredibly rude and said he had no one on hold for that long. He then hung up on me when I said they need to be nicer, YOU ARE DEALING WITH SICK PEOPLE. Our lives are hard enough, I'm sick of pharmacists adding to my problems. You are in customer service and the health industry, for me to be hung up on twice is unexepytable!! Never going back

Yeah make sure you go to a person of color when you go to the pharmacy. The racist young white boy was very snappy today. I will report to manager. I think his name was Cody, of course. However Tina in front of CvS is always nice and friendly. We love her.
