Had bought a battery that started to loose charging capabilities. Called and Harry hooked me up with a new battery under warranty. Very cool, professional, and got me back on the road. All the guys and gals there are always very helpful!

Not my usual store but I rode an extra forty miles because their inventory was better; they had three sizes of the riding shirt I wanted. Guy at the counter was friendly and installed the back protector for me. This particular store is immaculately well-organized as if it’s some kind of boutique making it very easy to find stuff.

This was my first time at a cycle gear out of California. This was the cleanest and most helpful one that I’ve been to. Knowledgeable staff and everything I asked for was in stock.

Friendly sales person. He helped a lot. I spent almost 500.00. Clean and organized store but a lot of items missing from stock. Lots of empty pegs on the back walls. Boot stock was minimal. I bought boots somewhere else. When I mentioned that Ride Now’s same fuel tanks were 10.00 cheaper they looked at me like “so?” I bought them at Ride Now. Great store, friendly sales folk.

Great customer experience. Stafff was knowledgable but not pushy at all. Offered a cushy donut to hold my helmet while I shopped. Answered all my questions intelligently. I didn’t know it was connected with RevZilla and JP so was happy to sign up for the club which was nearly funded by the savings on the gear this trip alone. LOVED the 2-day free shipping going forward with membership for online purchases. I’m now a promoter of the biz for sure.
