So here’s the story one day I got a Xbox game pass utimate gift card for months they worked no issues but when I tried to redeem it it said the clerk did not activate it so I come in first and the manger said in a not so friendly tone that it’s not ours once you buy it we have nothing to do with it so a few days later my mom comes in and asks the manager and she said contact the card manufacturer and when we did they had no complaint number so beware unfriendly service and scam gift cards

One of their employee curly /black hair latina like me, Did not want me to borrow a box where I needed it to place glassware because those were for the trash plus again when I was near the restroom, I asked if they were busy she said yes, that I needed a key from the front which I had already asked and they told me it was busy, so I waited outside while another person came out and she went in first using her own key while I was standing there waiting for the restroom because my 3 year old needed to use it and she did not think of us one bit even though she is the employee she was not willing to help. Other Dollar trees they have nice employees, but on this one they don’t.

I didnt buy anything when I was there. Part was they didn't have what i was looking for and the few items I did have, weren't worth standing in a line that was 10 customers long.

Update:
Since my first visit, I’ve gotten to see Ira in a leadership capacity and man! She’s incredibly talented at inspiring while setting expectations. She’s a great team builder and i look forward to overhearing her do what she does best while I get to enjoy great discounts too.
Ira killed it! She led me to what I couldn’t find and even gave me a basket when she saw my hands were too full. Highly recommend!

I went in on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 and a store associate and the MOD were unbelievably rude and yelled at me in front of my son and other customers around. This store does not have a restroom for customers, my son had put a few toy cars he grabbed from one section in the front of the store and 2 stars to paint also from the front of the store. Once I found what I needed, just 2 items, my son expressed he had to use the restroom. So I put the basket down and kept the 2 items I initially went for. Upon checkout the associate with blonde hair and a raspy almost smokers like voice, started questioning about the basket I had and told me it’s my responsibility to put those items back and that she, the store associate, would not be doing that stating it is “not her job” and she doesn’t want to put my items away. Mind you I’m already paying for the items I needed. At first I told her okay and then she pressed more and began to yell emphasizing it’s not her job and I needed to put those items back. She called me a little girl while screaming to her manager saying I wasn’t grabbing the basket. I said I didn’t have time for this, picked up my son and the manager, a lady with brown hair followed me out yelling at me to grab the basket and put it back if I wanted to go back to that store and she yelled do you want to come back to my store?! I simply said no I don’t. She responded saying good well you’re not welcomed and banned, so don’t come back! This whole instance I didn’t raise my voice once. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It was bad enough to treat a customer like that but doing it in front of my child was disgusting behavior

Worse Dollar Tree of all! Today, Saturday at 320, I entered my checkout line with 1 person in front of me. Its 358 as I write this review from my car. The line had 16 people in it and When I mentioned to the checkout girl at about 5 people online maybe they should open another lane she said no they're not opening another lane because the other 3 women in the store were managers and its not their job.
Excuse me? I'm sure that is what she is being told from management is that it is not their job as her job but a manager's job is to manage the store! Fire all the management at this store! For 4 women to see a line like this and do Nothing to help the clerk--- they're useless and just sucking a paycheck!
