The machines and personal trainer desks are dusty! The cup holders on the machines are broken and have wires showing. The staff is nice but the cleanliness of the facility is lacking.

I wish I liked this gym more than I do. It’s convenient and spacious. But the equipment is absolutely filthy. I truly don’t think they have any regular cleaning routines. Every piece of equipment is coated in a layer of filth, grime, stains, and stickiness. I feel gross while working out hereMakes me really miss Chuze in Colorado which keeps its gyms immaculate.

Actually one of the best EoS locations around. The staff are friendly and, contrary to what some of the other reviews say, do a good job keeping the gym relatively clean for the number of people that come through here daily. Equipment maintenance is also some of the most consistent I’ve seen in a commercial gym, which means that when a machine does go down, it’s usually not for more than a week. Unless you’re doing the same workout every time you come in, hopefully you only have to sub in an exercise once before going back to it.The gym is always crowded, but that’s expected when you’re a budget option catering mostly to high school/college students. Not knocking it for that.Honestly, this would be at least a 4* location if they did a better job enforcing some of the club policies.Sure, your tie dye shorts with the 3” inseam look cool, that’s why you wear them to gym for every workout, but you don’t need to use standard plates on the oly platform to deadlift 315 for 32 sets of 1. It just damages the platforms for everyone else. That’s why there are signs on all the platforms asking you not to use the standard plates. And spoiler alert, you can fit 3 bumpers on each side of the bar with plenty of room left. And while we’re at it, you don’t need to lather the benches with a quart of liquid chalk before a max set of 225 for a double at a bodyweight of 300. I promise you’re not going to slide off.

So far this place is a nightmare. If I could give them negative stars I would. The sign up process is easy, but good luck canceling personal training contract. Since I started I had 3 different trainers. Once my 3 rd trainer left I told them to cancel my membership because I don’t want to start over with another trainer. I canceled my membership with my trainer during last session and was told to call back on that Monday to confirm. I did this and was told a manager would call be back. Two days later called back was told the same thing.called back 3rd time and again told a manger Will contact me within the hour. Two days later manager did call me and informed me that he cannot cancel the membership and all he could do is put a hold so I wouldn’t get charged again and put a ticket it in to cancel this. Of course heard nothing back. I am done with EOS.

Always an issue with equipment not working, showers too hot or too cold, Mens sauna benches are disgusting. When is the last time they’ve been cleaned or at least disinfected. Good atmosphere/vibe though.

I went in to get a membership and Ben a team member was knowledgeable, polite and no heavy sales tactics which I appreciated. Gym was clean and not crowded around 12:30p when I was there, staff were all very pleasant.

Gym was nice equipment was great but on the other hand kids club wasn't that great. Our other gym kids club was closed for maintenance so we decided to come here, while I was getting my workout in was worried about my son because I got a text mentioning my son needed a change while I was in there stuff were on their phones, socializing with one other i get it you can talk to each other but pay attention to our kids. When we left I noticed my son had two bruises one on his cheek and other under his chin. I called to ask what had happened and they said they "think" he slipped and fell because he was playing with the water. If they were paying attention to him they would know what really happened and mentioned to me what had happened while I picked him up instead of me finding bruises when I get home. They need to work on paying attention to the children there.

Gym is nice. Few complaints that make the value sub par. Hours for kids club make it almost useless unless you are working a standard 9-5. Only open 8-12 and 4-8. Might as well say to any shift working first responder need not apply. Spoken with manager, regional manager, and written higher. Doesn’t matter to them. I would rather pay double, then pay half for hours you can almost never use. Also sauna has been broken for two weeks and there are very few working collars to hold weight in place.

This was one of the busiest EOS gyms I've seen. I took a class. If I had went in for a regular gym sesh, I would have walked right out. It was too crowded for my liking. Other than that, it was clean and didn't have that gym funk smell.

Worked out here for 4 days while in town. Very nice gym with tons of equipment. Didn’t have much interaction with staff but the little I did was positive. Most everyone else working out was cool with working in or spotting when needed. Overall, I’d come here again.

People saying not crowded must be working out at 2am. Your lucky to find a parking spot yet alone a peice of empty equipment or bench without 3 people standing around it. Hit it hard and go home is my style. This EOS is more the look at yourself, talk, and hang out all day spot. Gym edict seems non existent. Good price, good equipment , but if you can't use it then it doesn't really help much.

I would highly recommend not going to this gym, I canceled my membership on November 1st 2022 and they still charge me every month, 2 months ago they charged me double, this month they charged me triple the membership feeApparently this is how they stay in business…. They are criminals!Go to any other gym business!!!Charged me again!!!!, every month after canceling 8 months ago, different amounts too!

The classes are great. The cinema is a good addition too with the gym. However a lot of the machines are broken and sometimes at night it gets really crowded. The kid’s club however needs a lot of work ethic. I’ve watched the employees from the security cameras they literally sit down, not watching the kids, and socialize like they are still in high school. All in all it’s a ok gym but there needs to be more people fixing the machines and more competent workers.

I would never recommend this gym. They have double and triple charged me multiple times for a personal trainer that never answers calls or texts to schedule times. I've been paying for a service that is impossible to set up and when I walk in half the time they have no idea how to fix the situation. If I could rate it negative stars I would
