After needed someone asap, Colin came by the very next day and not only fixed my problem but also educated me on what and what not to do. I told him I live out in Laveen, and he had no issue getting to my house at the time he said. While visiting my parents at their winter home in AZ, we ran into issues with the shower drain. We only have one shower in the house the water was not draining at all.Colin came that evening to help us. He was quick to resolve our plugged drain. Thank you so much!! After having several other plumbing companies come out we called Empire Rooter and drain, Colin saved the day and got the job done. Wish we would’ve called them first and saved money and time.He was very professional and courteous. His customer service is great, he was on time, and, very clean.
