For some reason, no one ever asks me if I need help. They will ask other people but not me. I notice that they will also greet everyone else when they walk in. But they never say hello to me. I travel 60 miles just to cone to this store. I don't get it. I am a friendly lady, I love talking to people. But I don't understand. Hummmm....as a matter of fact I always find a pair of shoes on the clearance rack, that makes me happy. But oh well.

They have a large variety of shoes, boots, sandals for men, women and kids. The prices are competitive and sometimes you can find a clearance item that you like!

Terrible customer service. Walked in at 8:30 and was immediately greeted by an associate sitting down in the middle aisle with, “hello welcome in, just so you know we close in 5 minutes.” They actually closed in 30 minutes, which tells me basically, hurry up. While checking out, I let her know that that was terrible customer service and it made me feel rushed, especially when you’re telling me I have 5 minutes when the store doesn’t actually close for 30 minutes. She advised me that her manager told her that she should use that tactic. As someone who worked retail for a long time, there is no way any good manager would tell someone to greet a customer this way. If you want to urge people to shop more quickly, there are other ways to do it. “Hello, welcome in! What can we help you find tonight?” Simple, let’s the customer know you’re there to help, and gives you to opportunity to direct them to exactly what they need and answer any questions they have (which will definitely help speed up the transaction).

One of their worse stores! They always close an hour early whenever they feel like it. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if we didn’t preorder stuff for pickup and their email specifically states an incorrect time for pick up. I will never do business with this store again.

Many people working, but no one asked me if I needed help even though the store was mostly empty. I felt weirdly followed and watched the entire time. Not an inviting environment.

Busy shopping center with plenty of different shops to walk to. Stopped in today while in the area looking to possibly purchase some winter boots for a snow trip . Store was clean, but service lacking. It's hit or miss these days to be greeted at stores where you'd think customer service is priority. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for. Great athletic shoe options though.
