Horrible experience. Charged hundreds of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Took our vehicle in for warranty repair for the “6th” time only to have the store manager decide that the problem was something else and charged us $600. Only to pick up the vehicle and have the same issue. Take the vehicle back and THEN they do the warranty work and that corrects the original and ongoing problem.
Went to pick up the car after the manager hung up the phone when my son questioned about the additional charges.
When “I” asked the manger for an explanation, he got irate cussed at me, told us to leave and proceeded to call the police claiming we were yelling at him and being vulgar? Clearly he either made a mistake or was just flat out cheating us given the way this went down. I guess
Store managers are aloud to cuss at customers in addition to stealing !

Sorry but here’s the truth.
When they inspected my suv, they told me I need to replace the rear 2 shocks, gave me the quote of $1100, I took it to dealers, dealer gave me the price $691. But here’s the thing when car was dropped to dealer to fix, dealer called back and said rear shocks are fine, no need to change.
I have been going to Firestone for last 12 years, and this is the first time it happened, specially this location. Never ever coming back to Firestone again. Very sad

I called the Goodyear location and had a pleasant conversation while scheduling an appointment. I the drop off was easy and my vehicle was done earlier than expected. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and the store was clean. I was impressed with the service and will be a returning customer.

I appreciate the information about my car and knowing what potentially needs to be fixed down the road.
Rated 3 stars because of a gross lack of communication about my car. Took it in on a Monday, and didn't hear what the issue was until Wednesday. This was even after talking to someone at the shop on Tuesday who failed to mention what the issue was.

I got four new tires at a great price. Employees were very helpful and made it easy. I actually found the tires on the website and scheduled appointment online. Very smooth. Inspection done for other service needed. Will be back soon to get oil change and brake fluid and wiper blades serviced.

Went in for an oil change…took them 8 hours and only reason I found out it was done was because I had to call them, they found a nail/screw in my tire and told me it was non-repairable, went over to discount tire and they took one look at it and said it was repairable…this is not a good body shop, save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
