Worst experience working with this team. I went in for a 1pm scheduled service and was told the wait would be an hour. After an hour and half, I checked in and they said they did not start yet and still had several cars ahead despite being told there was only 1 car ahead before my service. They proceeded to say it would be 45 mins to change oil once they had my car next. Do not go here. Josh and team do not know what customer service is. I heard another customer having issues with their work right before me too.

Due to I when in for oil change, tie rotation and an alignment to only get home and see that my tires were never rotated before the alignment was done. When I went back to store they only told me then that their alignment machine was broke and they could not do it. But did not tell me that when they had my truck making the services on it then. That is bad business practice I must say! Now I have to go out of my way to get the same work done at another shop that should have been done like my appointment stated or they should have told me that before I came in to have all the work done in the first place!

The work was not completed and not communicated. I approached the service desk after noticing no one had worked on the vehicle for more than 20 minutes. I had an appointment and It took more than an hour for an oil change. No follow up of my request for "manufacturer recommended service." Aside from Jessie, it seems you have a serious staffing problem.

Staff is incompetent. Called around 5pm to check on my vehicle that had a 11am appointment service advisor seemed confused about what I was asking about put me on a extremely long hold while he went and looked for my vehicle. Had to call back because line disconnect. Service tech said they didn't get to the vehicle but will start at that time. Service tech also seems to have confused my information with someone else and linked the 2 accounts when asked about it they claimed it was my fault and said I put in that information for someone else name, address and phone number of which I had no idea who it was. Tech said nothing was their fault.. went to pick up my vehicle at 630 it still wasn't done had to wait another 45 minutes. This staffed location has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. the tech that I worked with at the end seem to not care about his job or the customer just said oh it was a crazy day and that was his excuse why it took 8 hours go get the job done.

I went in for an inspection on my engine because I had a check engine light, spent 130 bucks for them to run a scanner on my car and told me 1 code, then told me that they can do a deeper inspection for another 130 bucks, gave me no information that I didn’t already know about, and not only that they didn’t even find the actual problem with my car,

Got the email of my inspection while sitting in lobby. Asked status of my car 40 min later and he goes in back and my car is ready. Seems like they forgot me. In the lobby for 2 hrs. In at 12:56 due 1:30 inspection received at 2:13 out 2:57. Oil change required message not reset and no sticker telling me when next change is due. For the first time after a change I was not confident it was done. Went home and my disabled husband had to check.

4 hours after my scheduled appointment time my tires and wheels were still just sitting on the ground not being mounted. Then they informed me they couldn’t balance them, then they ruined one of my studs and also during that time ruined another customers engine by forgetting to put oil in it. That customer was also several hours past their appointment time as well. Do not take your vehicle here if you care about it and do not think just because you made an appointment that they won’t take walk in’s in front of you.

Bad customer service 5 hours at firestone ! I called the day before to set up an oil change for a company truck I arrive the next day at 12 pm like said the day before I arrive and they have no appointment on file for me. I say no big deal I get an Uber and leave the company truck there I took 2 hours and a half because I went to go get my nails done. I return and my truck is still parked in the same spot I go inside and manager tells me he got other big trucks that he had to deal with first. Mind you I had a whole appointment set up and once arriving they didn’t even have file of my appointment. I work everyday and I had that program so that I can be able to enjoy my day off and do things I have to do I spend half my day being there and was not able to do anything because Firestone was unprofessional and didn’t give me no other choice other than just wait and wait even after leaving and comming back 2 hours and 30 min later I still had to wait another 2 hours for my oil change . I suggest you mandate a confirmation text and not just think they are being professionals because it’s a big store

Crooks they will rip you off. They tried to charge me almost $300 just to look at my power window that was getting stuck. That didn’t even include the cost of labor or parts. $300 to walk over to the car and say yes it don’t work. Took the same car to another mechanic who replaced the part for half the price that Firestone charge just to look at it.

I was there yesterday for 3 hours just for an oil change. I made the appointment days prior and showed up early. I originally scheduled a tired rotation with the oil change but was told when I got there that they wouldn't do the tired rotation because they said the tires were too worn down. Then they proceeded to try to sell me their higher end tires. Even though they didn't do the tire rotation, they still charged me for it. Horrible service.

Brought my car in at 1245 for a visual inspection. I called at 330pm was put on hold for 10 minutes and they said my car was up next. Called again at 5pm and was put on hold for 15 min and had to call back and see if they forgot about me which they did. I waited for 6 hours and when I finally came in even though they didn’t call but was about to close I saw my car on the lift and nobody looking at it the entire time I was in the store. Wasted a whole day here, horrible service, unresponsive team and no accountability. Bunch of liars. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Don't go there. I took my care there to get the alignment done they charged me $125 dollars but the alignment was worse than before.

The place is always understopped and it takes forever to get any service. Even with an appointment, it was 3 to 4 hours.
