I’d give zero stars if I could. So much to unpack here. TLDR: Lack of communication, extended amount of time just for a prescription refill, and just flat out lying to you.Service at this pharmacy has been unreliable with no sign of doing anything to improve. For the past year they have been taking several days just for a refill so you really have to plan ahead if you’re starting to run low on your medicine. Worse, they don’t communicate with YOU, the actual patient, when there’s an issue with filling your prescription such as the insurance not covering, they don’t have the medication available, etc.. Instead of informing you and/or at the least giving you the option to pay out of pocket (get reimbursed later by your insurance or use a coupon from GoodRx) they just leave you in the dark to wonder. This is such a huge failure to communicate. I had two new scripts sent to this pharmacy from two different doctors on the same day. After an entire week of not receiving any notification that the script was ready, I had to call for a status. This is when the pharmacy finally informed me that my insurance wouldn’t cover either of the medications & they claimed they sent msgs to both of my doctors the same day the pharmacy received the orders. Well, I hadn’t heard anything from either doctors and mind you it’s been a whole week. I then called both of my doctors. Wouldn’t you know, BOTH doctors offices advised they did not receive ANYTHING from the pharmacy. An unlikely coincidence. Another incident: my GI doctor sent a script to this pharmacy on 11/4/22 WITH a Pre-Authorization from my insurance company. I gave ample time to fill my script since it seems they are short staffed. Finally had to call them on 11/15/22. That’s ELEVEN DAYS of hearing nothing from them. Spoke to someone who said their name was “Anna” who stated my script was “JUST NOW approved by the Insurance company & it would be ready in an hour”. Now, what are the odds? Am I just THAT lucky? Perhaps I should go to the casino ?. Come on now, I may have been born at night but it wasn’t *last night*. Clearly they had been sitting on this. I let Anna know that this was hard to believe & took this opportunity to inform the pharmacy about my two doctors offices never receiving any communication from them. Anna then proceeded to deflect any responsibility/fault onto their system which she stated is a “third party platform that they use & they are not responsible if their communication doesn’t go through”. It appears the pharmacy is aware of issues with the system they’re using but isn’t doing anything to resolve this. *Unreliable* is such an understatement. Consider this a PSA.

Horrible service.I'm understanding but generosity is rarely seen here especially with the female pharmacist.

It’s a pharmacy and we’ve never had issues getting the meds we need but the service is not always the best and they’ve said on multiple accounts that they don’t have a drive through. Not that the drive through is closed but that they don’t have one. They do. But it is only open very randomly. The times posted in the window don’t matter because it’s whenever they have enough employees to run the drive through.

The people for the most part are very nice and helpful. In addition they used to be fairly expedient however these past few years they seem to get slower and it is harder to get your medication when needed. It is hit or miss when the drive through might be open and the line inside the store can be very long. Being a long time customer is pains me to only give them 2 stars but I have to call it like it is. The phone app used to be great and easy to navigate. But that changed too and the user interface is now clunky and less intuitive. Trying to choose a date and time to pickup refills is now a hit or miss guessing game. If the date and time you choose isn't acceptable to the application it just doesn't allow you the complete your action. I really do like the fact that I can check the status of my refills on my phone however with a bad UI it is harder than it has to be.Overall Fry's pharmacy is just getting harder and more time consuming in order to get your medication.

This pharmacy a joke. My wife's prescription was send at 3pm. It's been 4 hours to get it ready. She needs her medicine for her blood pressure. Don't have your prescription send here. Use another pharmacy.

They are horrible! Was told to come in after 5:30 waited till after 6 then told another 30 minutes. Waited and shopped now they are saying another 30 plus minutes. Just got out of hospital and said I can not wait because of them I won’t be taking my prescribed meds! If they need to not lie and say if will be ready after 5:30 then change their minds when you get there not once but twice! They will be held accountable if I get sick because of them!!!

The staff is always very helpful and kind. Never have any issues picking up medications as they have been efficient and always get it to me in the time they stated they would. They seem to be short staffed so a little patience helpful. Consistency with the drive up window would be helpful.

Been going to this pharmacy for 8 years.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Lucas has been very helpful to me with everything technical. Since the COVID 19 lock downs the store has been struggling to get staff. Probably because current Whitehouse admin is paying people to not work. I'm sure the situation will improve. The one star ratings are just not realistic under current circumstances. They have been amazing at getting my antirejection and maintenence meds some of which are very specialized. Thank you Lucas and KT and all the staff for helping cosistanly for all these years..

All the techs and Pharmacists are friendly and professional on the phone or in person. They are also knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I had a drug allergy and I was prescribed a drug that could be similar so they researched and contacted me!

Need to open drive- thru. Some people are disabled and are not able to stand in long line. Very inconvenient lately. Don't open early enough. Other than that good service.
