Amazing fast service. My vehicle was broke down and I needed a tow . The first company I called was over a 3 hour wait. I called Adam at Gear towing and he was out to my location within 45 mins . Highly recommend this company.

Our daughter was leaving her late class at ASU when the car broke down. The insurance could not find a provider, so we called Gear Towing. He was responsive, respectful, and courteous. Having your daughter's car breakdown late at night is always scary but he made us feel safe. Thank you!!

Car was having issues on the driveway of our friends house and we were attempting to jump it with no success. Luckily we saw a Gear Towing truck driving down the road. I waved him down and asked if he was available for a tow, but he wanted to try jumping the car first to save me on tow fees. A few minutes later and I was back in the road. He was very professional and kind and was very efficient in his services. I would highly recommend for tow services.Service: Battery service

Professionalism is not the foundation of this company. A local transmissions company have partnership with this towing company. Additionally, they used Gear Towing to pick up my car. The following issues were noted when I was dealing with this company:1. Would not arrive on time (There were 2 hours of waiting time from initial booking, and they arrived late on pick up time by 1 hour).2. Proceed to damage my car by not using towing winch (abuses damaged transmission to get the car on the ramp and scrapes the car's aftermarket exhaust on the process).My car has a transmission problem, and going to transmission shop to get possible rebuild. However, he proceeds to put load into the transmission risking more damage. I was going to let the late thing pass, but this infuriated me.I was extremely unsatisfied with the service. I would go use Pitbull towing; they took care of my car better than this company.Services: Local hauling
