I had a horrible experience at KinderCare my two children attended there for almost 1 month. My son was in the two’s class. The first week or so he came home and had a big bite on his back. It was purple and you could clearly see the teeth of another child. I asked if anyone had reported this the lady in the front desk Maria said that no one had reported anything and that if he didn’t talk or know how to communicate, how would they know that he Got bit. I told her that my son had to have cried there was three teachers in that class three sets of eyes and no one Seen anything or reported anything. Just today I picked them up and My Son that’s in the Two’s class had a bruise On his right cheek again, no one reported anything. Also, last Friday they were very short staffed. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional a lady with the name of Jessie That is in the two’s class was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her what had happened to My Son ‘s cheek. She then yelled at me in front of all the kids in that class I told her I would report it to corporate. She then said I don’t care go ahead. This facility is unsafe staff there are unprofessional. I will no longer be taking my two children I am scared for their Safety. This facility is also very dirty. This place needs a lot of cleaning up. I am disgusted with the way my children got treated.

My son has been going to KinderCare since April 8 2024! The Infant room all of the ladies have been extremely helpful on the first time I dropped him off made me feel so comfortable with every step of the way explaining to me to call as many times as I wanted to! Ivy is my sons absolute favorite every time he sees her he gets this big smile on his face ivy has been extremely good to my son just as all the other ladies! My son is very well taken care of here very trustworthy place! And lastly the one who makes everything go so smooth and made everything go so well the first day as well all the way up to now always helps me with my concerns and always greets me with open arms always has a smile on her face who made me feel so comfortable is Maria!! Without her I don’t think I would have ever been so comfortable as I am now! So thank you to all the staff and you Maria you are appreciated and such an amazing person!

My son has been to several pre-schools and I have not felt comfortable with the environment and staff. Sunrise preschool has made me feel safe for my son to attend this school. It is clean. Organized and staff is very friendly and make us feel as part of the family which is enough to say how comfortable I feel with sunrise preschool in Tolleson.

My son has been here for over 2 yrs; started as an infant. He has had absolutely amazing teachers that have loved him like their own. As a working Mom of three, my oldest were also in daycare until school, I've seen a few centers. I truly appreciate this center and the wonderful caring teachers here. I love the app that provides updates and photos all throughout the day, it's very reassuring and allows me to know my little one is safe and happy. A special thank you to Maria who is always available, greets us on the way in and out, and runs the center with compassion and professionalism. Thank you Goodyear Kindercare! ❤️

This place has been a blessing for my granddaughter. She is never unsatisfied and really loves her teacher(s) and school. So if you have a child who is busy and easily able to become bored, this is the place to take him or her…. She stays busy and learns and plays and gets to know a lot of kids her own age.

Honestly we had no problems with all the staffs there. Everyone seems nice and friendly. The place is considered average in terms of cleanliness. The only reason that I gave this place 1 star is its ridiculous HIDDEN CHARGES.

I've thought long and hard about leaving an honest review of this daycare. My daughter attended from 9 months to 3 years and 3 months old and we are finally moving on. The daycare was great when we first attended. Problems started occurring when Sara became the director. So many instances of negligence. At one point, when my daughter was 1, apparently she fell on her face after standing in a bucket. She was swollen from her forehead to her mouth and there was no incident report. I had to ask what happened and no one knew until finding the teacher who witnessed it. This head injury was a concussion concern to me but the teacher admitted after the incident, my daughter was "the first one sleep" at nap time. This teacher was later promoted as assistant director at another location. What kept us there for so long was my daughter had friends there since she started and so many great teachers. They also worked with me when I lost my childcare funding. However, for the last 6 months my billing has been incorrect, my 3 year old is still in the 2's due to "lack of staff." A lot of the staff are cliquey and don't communicate well about your child's day. There was another injury just recently that I had to ask about when my daughter came home with a knot on her head and no one knew what happened with no incident report yet again!! I shouldn't have to ask about injuries. I'd also talk about my poor "potty training" experience, mold in my daughter's cup they supposedly wash daily, or how my daughter was single handedly to blame for their toilets flooding due to them not supervising children but that's way too much. Plenty of the teachers are great, it's really the leadership that needs work. Current director Maria is cold and never smiles (unless she's on a personal call). I was so disappointed when she was promoted from assistant. Current assistant director Natalie is ok, just inconsistent in her friendliness. Ms. Ivy has been a great addition as have Ms.Jessie and Ms. Jayla. Also let's recognize Ms. Shariah and Ms. Sylvia as great teachers as well. All in all, a frustratingly mediocre experience for me but one that my daughter seemed to enjoy which is why it took me so long to make the choice to find a new center.

The reason I picked this location was when i called a familiar voice answered the phone( Ms. Maria). I first met her in 2019 at the Peoria location and she was amazing to my kiddos back then. Even now she continues to be a wonderful day care provider. Not only her but miss joylynn, Mr. Marcus, miss Natalie, miss Jesse, and a few others have stood out to me. I would definitely recommend this center because of these employees.

Thus place is terrible, my granddaughter went there , we kept seeing bruises on her head and so many other things !It’s absolutely the worst, she no longer goes there , we just felt it was not safe !None of the kids are I’m going to report it to the state I certainly hope they do something to protect the other children they go there !

So many things happened it's hard to imagine, from bad diaper rash to big bruises n bumps on her head , to nit having a jacket on outside on a cool day to one day not even having her shoes on ! I could go on and on ! We paid money to you , and you could not even take care of our girl ! She would scream In terror the last few weeks she was left in your hands no stars fit this place

The new director Maria is abrasive and has a lack of consideration of others. Every experience I have with her is cold and lack of consideration for my concerns.

Finding safe and good childcare for kids nowadays can be challenging. I am so happy we found KinderCare and we went for it. We were coming from a different preschool and KinderCare was so welcoming. The staff is always friendly and personable. I cannot say enough of my child teacher Ms. Joylyn and Mr. Marcus. They always communicated well with us and their app was great to see his report every day. I highly recommend them for your childcare needs.

This places is just not it for your kids honestly this was my first daycare experience and it was horrible for my child she was so miserable at this place would cry every time she see this place. They kept trying to tell me that she just had to get use to it and it's normal for kids to cry for the first week I finally had enough and moved her locations and I can say it is the best choice I made she's her normal self at the new place no crying or anything. Make this center you last resort.

I’ve been here for a few months, we are so happy with our son’s teachers and the Director Sara. Sara is one of the best director’s I have seen in years. She really reaches out to all the families and knows each and every child, she truly cares. The management is very good at communicating with us and cares for our needs for our child. We love this center and we are very excited to see our son’s growth and skills he will develop here.
