Don't recommend this facility. Staff do not answer calls about existing spaces, send to voicemail. Hours are more limited than most other storage facilities. Prices continue to spike without reason.

This business charged me a certain price at the beginning. , but after a few months ( I prepaid ahead),they raised the price, then just now, raised the price again! I'm OUT! Contracts are useless here!

I wish I could rate this place lower. This "business" randomly raises the rent for absolutely no reason and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without any sort of notice. They don't answer phone calls or emails. We've only been there around two years and started paying about $114 a month and we're currently up to just under $170 a month for a tiny unit and terrible customer service. So, to you, Goodyear Self Storage, this is your notice, I'm reporting you to the BBB, FTC, and anyone else I can find.

We moved units during our time at Goodyear Self Storage, thinking they would handle the move seamlessly, well we were wrong. They never closed out the original unit's account, tried to double-charge us the first month, I had to go in and talk to Melissa who promised me it was handled but it never was. They ended up sending the first unit to collections in my name and hitting my credit report - we're now trying to close on a house and our APR is way higher than it should be because of this 1 collection. I've called 10+ times, tried to give them a chance before leaving a review, and no one here will help. They also won't give me any manger contact information for someone to help us above whoever is at the front desk. All they have to do is call Aargon Collections and said "hey, we screwed up - please remove the collection" but no one will even offer to call us back. Terrible service, terrible response, terrible people. Do not do business here.

I never planned to need storage for 4 years but that's what happened. When I left Goodyear in 2017 I had every intention to return within the year. However, God had other plans. I rented the smallest shed they had and filled it pretty full. It was $54/month when I started and has climbed every year. I'm a little disappointed in that for a long-term customer. I get that prices go up and new people coming in should be charged whatever the "going price" is I suppose. But when you have someone who has rented with monthly auto-pay for 4 years, it would be nice if the price could be locked in. Anyway, the staff was always really nice especially this last lady, Melissa. She is very sweet. I have no other complaints...and for the lady who complained of dead bugs outside her unit...seriously? You're renting an outdoor storage unit in the desert! Besides, the bugs were dead, so that's a big plus! Anyway, I just knew it was time to go when my price went up to $94/month earlier in 2021. I would recommend this storage but only if you need something short-term.

Stopped in today 9/21/21 & told manager lady for the second time to her specifically that there are dead beetle bugs, dead spiders & dirt near my 3 storage units. (I've seen this for over a month! ) Again, no sorry, I'll clean it up right away - nothing. She said 1 person must be in the office at all times. I told her I was a manager & supervisor prior & if I were her, I would make sure & sweep the area to keep my customer happy. She also said all units are full! I would be embarrassed if someone complained 2x's about the same issue to me! Did you not learn how to treat customers in your training? Owners - get a new manager!

Sandy is very sweet and easy to work with. Storage unit is open 24hrs. Units are very secure and prices are great.

I reserved a space here because I needed storage solution until we finalize our permanent home here in Arizona. Moving from Washington state is a tumultuous task and this storage unit is close to our apartment, which we plan to live for a few months. As noted moving from Seattle is a big feat and timing sometimes doesn't go according to plan. The original guy I spoke with was kind and friendly in moving my reservation. He is not the one I have a problem with. The one I have a problem with is the rude woman who I spoke with yesterday with an attitude when I called in. Her tone of voice and easy dismissal of getting me off the phone when I was trying to talk to her was offputting. Apparently based on a most recent yelp review from another helper, the attitude and rudeness is common with your workers. I clearly WOULD NOT do business with this storage if she works there. Bad customer service and having a tone with customers does not fare well with customers. If yelp had an option to give negative stars I would, but the only saving grace of that place is the man who I spoke to early on in my reservation. Note to management: please hire more people who have similar traits of the gentleman, he has qualities that represent good characteristics of a worker who has to deal with customers and potential customers. I will not do business with this place (even with its ideal location) with how rude that lady was over the phone. I'm glad I didn't go in otherwise her face would be embedded in my mind as bad customer service representative of the year with her bad attitude.I'm heading down the street to another storage unit with friendly all around representatives.

This place was terrible. The workers have such bad attitudes and were super rude and not helpful. . You can tell they're just here for the money and nothing else which is just sad for the people who have to interact with them. I'd give no stars if possible! Izaac was super degrading, argumentative, and rude. -due to the owner now questioning the authenticity of my review I'll clarify. My family member uses this business and while helping them move their things I observed the staff being EXTREMELY rude. Constant attitudes and short replies, the boy Izzac (the worker) even told my family member (the customer) she was rude! clearly the management is worried about yelp reviews and not their staff problems.

It's a wonderful little storage place ran by a really nice couple. They also in the car wash and vacuums next to it. Simple storage. There is surveillance around the property.

Awesome customer service! My order came in quick, they scheduled me in right away, and they put everything on fast. I would definitely recommend will be going here anytime I need tires. Thank you!

I stored my boat here for 5 years... the first three years were excellent, then the new owners took over and this place went down hill in a hurry... The gate was broken and left wide open for anyone to come or go without a code at all. This lasted at least a month or more. In the mean time, I got a letter stating my rent was being raised another $25 per month, due to 'cost of doing business', but they cant bother to fix the security gate. When we moved in, there was water and air hoses available for tenants to use with their RVs and boats. Those hoses are gone and no longer available for use... then my rent was raised another $25 per month. Again.. 'cost of doing business' was the reason given..but they can't bother to fix or replace the hoses.. The final straw was when my boat was broken into and someone stole about $50 worth of stuff..whatever, but they left the cover off and the boat got all muddy inside from the monsoon dust and rain. I noticed the other boats in my row had covers removed as well.. I think there are homeless people living out of some of the storage units, because I've seen people bathing and doing laundry at the water faucet on more than one occasion... Avoid this place, there are much better facilities in the area especially with the high rent they charge for this inferior facility....

Avoid this facility at all costs. Absolutely no security...lot of cameras but nobody monitors them. My motorhome just broken into. TV, VCR and other items taken..(this week)..Was told by management nothing could be done because of the amount of stored video on their system.. What? absolutely no security. Also, the place is filthy and on- premises management is useless... STAY AWAY

This was my first time coming here. The service was awesome! I was in and out fast. The manager Jeremy was knowledgeable and helpful. I will return.
