Jen gave us a big variety of template options to choose from, and was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns. We didn't have much experience with websites or understand many of the functions and terms that are familiar to web design professionals. She never made our questions seem ridiculous, even when we had to have functions of our site explained in basic terms. She walked us though every step of the info needed to create our design, gave helpful tips about blog writing, and continued to follow up every step of the way. Even though we weren't a huge project for her company, she made us feel taken care of every step of the way.
