I arrived and was not acknowledged upon entering. No one checked us in, and we waited without any communication. As a stylist was finishing up, she immediately called back another customer who had arrived after us. I then informed her that no one had checked us in yet. The customer she seated even asked, “Did I cut?” and she responded, “They didn’t tell me,” referring to us.
What made the situation more frustrating was that after this, two more customers came in and were checked in immediately, by the same stylist, without any delay. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The employee, a woman with black and red hair, made no effort to clarify the order of customers or apologize for the oversight. The lack of acknowledgment and poor communication left us feeling overlooked and dissatisfied with the service.

The Goodyear Estrella location is my favorite Great Clips! Great store manager and the stylists are the best in the Valley. I have been to a lot of Great Clips, but this location is my favorite.

I came home and looked at my hair after it was had dried up and she literally chopped my hair in a verticle angel from the back. Attempt at layers ???? But terrible hair cut. Will definitely not return. I’m very upset. Cannot go back to fix she will end up cutting it extremely short. Want a refund

The only way to describe people that can’t follow their own system
Check in wait 20 minutes just for the employees start taking the next one through the door didn’t even check in on line like others
All the years going to great clips never seen this crap
