Walked in this a.m. and felt as though the ladies working were irritated that they had customers. One lady was eating at her chair on her phone while the other 2 didn't even say one word to my kids who were getting cuts. I don't expect a song and parade but some customer service/friendliness would go a long way. Also one of the ladies was extremely rude to a gentleman that walked in as we were leaving. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is absolutely awful i walk in to get my hair washed because my prom is in a couple days and I wanted to pamper myself. The manager I'm assuming based on the other reviews was extremely rude had a attitude the whole minute conversation I was in there I already have pretty bad anxiety so naturally I'm friendly to everyone so that it's less rude encounters/ conflict I have to deal with which causes my anxiety she talked to me like I was a bother, I asked her if she could double shampoo my hair which I would pay extra for and she was like um we don't do that her which was a lie because evrey time I go to great clips to get my hair cut or washed they double shampoo she also rolled her eyes 10 times in the 1 minute conversation I had with her as well I'm confused as how they are still open they only have 1.5 stars I mean it makes since because of how the manager is.

Not a good experience. When I walked in inquiring if the stylist know a good bob cut hairstyle, I even showed the picture, she replied yes, she could. Unfortunately, it was a wrong decision. She just trim my hair like Dora. This salon is not for ladies who wants hairstyle with texture.

Last cut I got here was so uneven. Will not do business with Great Clips again. If you just need a trim, maybe but still be careful as they aren't skill at that.Service: Haircut
