I had a facial with Lexi and it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She listened to what I asked for and provided a very relaxing experience. I would definitely book with her again!

I had to cancel my appointment because I am sick and the Manager was supposed to call me and has not! However they went ahead and charged me for canceling. What part of being sick they did not get! Should I show-up hacking away and with a sore throat?!

Yesterday was my second time to this spa. First time there, they were late taking me. But she made up the time by adding it on. Received the full 60 minutes. Yesterday, Mackenzie started 15 minutes late. Before starting the facial, I double checked and asked her if she would be making up the time since we are starting late. She said no problem. I timed the facial and it was not the full time. I was jipped 13 minutes. I’m a member and expect full services for the time I paid. I didn’t want to voice my complaint in the lobby with all ears listening to spare people the negative energy. I would like to receive all the minutes I paid for. Will likely terminate my membership and take my money elsewhere if I don’t receive full credit.

Horrible customer service. During COVID-19 they stole my prepaid membership and gave me 60 days to use the service or lose my money. When they were closed or Arizona had restrictions they took my money. Go anywhere for a message, other than Hand And Stone in Goodyear!!

Carlita is one of the most well-rounded massage therapist I've encountered. She is professional, kind and well versed in anatomy of the physical body. It's not often you encounter a therapist who listens intently and truly wants to improve your overall health & wellness! A true talent.

I had a detox facial here with Valerie and she was very excellent! I have received facials at different spas and this one is now in my top 3. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will come by next time I’m in town.

I stumbled into the world of facials at 43, realizing that bar soap just wasnt gonna cut it anymore. Enter Kenzie, my skincare savior! From the first session, she made me feel as comfortable as a cat in a sunbeam. MacKenzie's expertise extends beyond her magical hands – she's an educator, breaking down the mysteries of skincare with ease. What sets her apart from any esti i have been to is the extra mile she willingly traverses. As my mask sets in, Kenzie offers a scalp massage that feels like a mini vacation for my stressed-out mind. She's like a skincare Jedi, describing each product and its benefits in a way that even a skincare novice like me can understand.Kenzie doesn't just pause the aging clock; she hits the rewind button. Three sessions of pro restore nanoinfusion, and I'm convinced she's discovered the fountain of youth. I walk out feeling radiant and relaxed, with skin that glows for a week – it's like I've been on a spa retreat. For anyone looking to up their skincare game, Kenzie is the answer. Request her, and get ready for a transformative experience. She's not just an esthetician; she's a skincare magician!

I'm giving 2 based on customer service. Been here twice but after yesterday never again. I went in for the holiday to see what specials they had and walked out buying one as a gift. While scrolling through Facebook their add popped up for holiday specials so I clicked on it to see there were better deals online. So while I stood looking at the specials for 10 min trying to decide in store, I seen the deal online making it was a quick decision. Of course after reading the fine print there are no refunds on gift cards so I overpaid in store. Which tells me they are commission based, not trying to give the customer the best deal. I could of saved 40 to 80 dollars! Lesson learned, look online before buying in store!

I booked a full body massage with Carlita to prepare for a long drive the next day. She immediately realized and diagnosed my tension areas, pain points, and sciatica without a word from me. She then proceeded to give me the best focused therapeutic massage I have ever had. She has a caring and intuitive ability coupled with real knowledge of the body and muscle structure. As a bonus, she gave me tips on how to manage and avoid back pain, (which I suffer from) by using heat and slow stretching. EXCELLENT massage therapist....amazing she is at a chain strip mall salon. They are lucky to have her!

I had to choose 1 star to get this review posted, but I actually want to give it 0 stars. My visit to this massage spa was probably one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. We came across this spa on Google search, as we looked for a couples massage. The website for the Goodyear location quoted a price of $79.95/person as an introductory offer. We got very excited to give it a go. We called to book, went through the process of signing up and got given a date and a time to come for the service. On the day, we came 15 minutes early as was requested, to fill out additional paperwork and get set up. My partner came to the desk to pay up front, double checked the cost, and the front desk girl charged him $160 (as was expected). Shortly after, we were led to the room. The therapists asked us what we would like them to work on and left the room to let us get ready for the service. When they came in and started the massage, very little of what they did corresponded to our needs. I needed my lower back, hips and legs worked on, but instead I received a lot of treatment on my upper back, spine, shoulders and head. Then she did one side of my neck, but not the other because we ran out of time. Unfortunately, the massage was not at all what I expected. Once the massage was over, the therapists received their gratuity and saw us out to the front area. This is where the front desk person told me that they needed to collect additional payment, because my partner only paid for himself. What? $159 just for himself? She proceeded to tell me that she consulted the manager and the service was not actually $79.95 per person. It was $159 per person. How did she come up with that? I showed her the page from the website and reminded her that she quoted $79.95 as we arrived. She said she was sorry and made a mistake, but we have to pay the full price. And that is after we already received the massage! I couldn't believe it. It's like going to the restaurant and ordering an item off a menu, and after eating it, getting charged double for it. The manager came out and apologized for the inconvenience and miscommunication, but insisted that we pay the correct price. She said she had no idea why the website offered a couples massage at $79.95/person. Isn't it her job to know as a manager? She said she would offer us a discount. Instead of accepting the responsibility, she still wanted us to pay for their mistake, just a little bit less. On top of paying $160 and $40 worth of gratuity (which in my opinion was way too high for the quality of service we received, but we didn't have smaller bills), we had to pay $40 more - that's at their 'discounted' rate. A reminder: the front desk person was going to charge me $159, in addition to my partner's $159. It leads me to believe she had no idea what she was talking about. What a disaster. As much as they apologized for the 'inconvenience', nothing about their demeanour suggested that they were genuinely sorry. I was absolutely appalled that even the manager did not honour the price off their website and the fact that the front desk person confirmed it as we came in for our appointment.I was sick to my stomach. What a horrible experience. I am beyond disappointed. I feel far from relaxed, which was the whole point of us going for a massage. I wish we'd never come here in the first place, and I am certain that we are never coming back to this location.
