Lack of service- I went to Kirklands today in Goodyear- what a disappointing experience. I spent my time selecting my purchases - only to be told they do not accept cash- the young lady explained that ā most people use cards now and they didnāt have changeā it was a $100 bill at the end of the day. I was insulted by her snide comment - I have plenty of cards and simply chose to take my business elsewhere.

I love going in & seeing all the beautiful items, unfortunately unless it's on sale it's a bit too expensive. The store is always clean, smells great & the employees I have interacted with have been great & very friendly.

I had my 1st Kirklandās experience today- I wasnāt familiar with the stores but they came up in a google search for Christmas wine glasses and I found exactly what I was looking for. I did an online store pick up order. Walking into the store, I was overwhelmed with the most comforting Christmas feeling. It felt like a hallmark movie Christmas store. It smelled amazing (thanks to their delicious sachets that their associate showed me!). The women working there were so lovely and kind. A special thank you to Miss Leslie (#1107049) who was incredibly sweet, helpful, kind, and efficient! She was so wonderful that she is a huge reason I canāt wait to come back to shop here. 10/10 experience.

Iāve been a long time supporter of Kirklandās. In todayās economy you are always left guessing when stores are closed or open these days. I was in the store at 6:55pm āgreetedā by an employee who rudely says āwhat do you need, we have 3 minutes before we closeā I canāt help but think Kirklandās must not want sales anymore. Itās Phoenix, itās 115 today during your open hours so when the sun goes down here people want to shop when they donāt fry in the sun. Exactly how much revenue do you do on a Monday in the Summer to say no to a consumer. Itās truly maddening to watch people āworkā these days.
Ill shop many other places but sadly, this location lost my business today for good.

Great store. But the 2nd time we have come in where no one in the store greets up. We walk around the whole store too you can't miss us. A few others we came in with had the same experience. Just so you know. Still a great store.
