I went here, in spite of the bad/low star reviews, and I am so glad that I did. My mom needed lab work done and Sonora Laboratories recording said they were closed from 11:00am-3:pm (at two locations that I called) for a staff meeting, which is unacceptable for a business to do. Anyway, I got to LabCorp and before I could finish the electronic sign in, the girl at the window was already calling my mom to confirm some info. So that right there was less than five minutes. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes in the waiting room before we were called to the back where we met a wonderful phlebotomist (Diane). I explained to her how it’s usually hard to find veins on my mom (84 yrs old). She was so gentle and kind when speaking with my mom as she was prepping her arm. She assured my mom that she would use the smallest needle and would not hurt her. Within 2-3 minutes we were done. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left out, it was probably only 30 minutes and that was without an appointment. Don’t let the bad reviews keep you from giving them a fair chance.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I am always seen quickly. I believe the key is to make an appointment.

Check in and queue process is abysmal. They don't care. They won't ever care. Move along to the next LabCorp, fellas.

I showed up to this lapcorp before they opened hoping to get an early walk in appointment. I waited out front until the doors were opened while a line quickly formed behind me. At 7 they let us in, I checked in easily and was seen almost immediately. JACKIE drew my blood and she was amazing. Very friendly and answered all my questions and had me out of the office by 7:10! Great experience! Thank you Jackie!

Just for a lab test 4 hours wait time, waiting area full, we have to be seated in the hallway like other people.

I had a really disappointing experience at LabCorp on McDowell. The staff member who drew my blood was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me poorly and spoke to me in a way that was completely unacceptable, almost like she was scolding me. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. I would never treat my clients this way. At my business, we always greet our clients and make them feel welcomed. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I got up early Saturday August 24th at 5:00 a.m. in the morning in order to get my labs done in a reasonable amount of time. The process of checking in has gotten easier thank you LabCorp. However the service / staff is mediocre at best. After getting my blood drawn on Saturday I received a message on Sunday morning I believe it was around 7:00 a.m there was an incident due to their carelessness with my blood collection and the majority of my labs were canceled. Today is Thursday August 29th and apparently the lab did not inform my doctor I will be contacting my doctor's office today. I will be contacting my insurance company also to ensure that they do not get paid. I will be rescheduling my labs from this day forward at my doctor's office. It's very unfortunate going to LabCorp is like herding cows! They don't care about their clients and how they collect the specimen needed. Everything is moving fast paced without considering being careful with the specimen received. I'm not surprised at all It's just unfortunate these days no one wants to work or provide good customer service. We as people have no other choice but to rely on places like LabCorp for our daily or annual labs. The reason for going to LabCorp on a Saturday and awaking at 5:00 a.m. in the morning is because I work just like everyone else 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. So it's always hard to get to my doctor's office for my labs on a weekday.

The check in process was so simple and easy to use. I love that they have a machine to take a picture of the ID card instead of making you fill out all the paperwork.
They had a full waiting room, and I waited about 30mins, but they were very good at the pacing of seeing patients. Like clock work they had a new patient back almost every 5 mins for blood work. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The lady who actually did the blood draw did a great job, I didn’t feel a thing!
Overall, it was a great experience.

Ridiculous wait. I was here yesterday for 90 minutes waiting for a blood test and had to leave for another appointment. Today I’ve been here an hour so far. Chairs are ripped up and uncomfortable, reception can use some people skills.
Finally done, edited to add that the woman who drew my blood was good at her job, and a delight!
