Mainly went in to pick up an online order. Was greeted by a very friendly associate on my way in. She appeared to be new as the young lady that checked me out showed her how to check out my order. She wasn't as friendly as the initial associate. But of course was helpful. Lane Bryant's displays are always well done and showcase their best outfits very well.

Donna was patient, professional and kind. She took time with me as I'm a difficult fit and she found me several bras. She even ordered one for me that wasn't in stock. This kind of customer-focused care is rare in today's world and It's definitely still needed. Thank you DONNA!

Plus size clothing is not presentable for a plus size woman. We also want to feel good and look great on the night out or during dinner the closing that is offered is close to stay at home or not appealing. Plus size women would like to look nice too.

Shopping for yoga pants, I was able to find what I was looking for but as I continued to shop for other items and ultimately check out, the employee who originally helped me, rudely asked me “what I did with the other pants “ I felt like she was accusing me of something. I told her I gave them to the other clerk. The vibe and shopping environment didn’t feel sincere. I am temporarily disabled and was never any additional assistance. Having worked retail for 25 years, I completely understand service. This experience left me wondering if I’ll ever shop this location again.

Unfortunately a few days ago I lost everything in an apartment fire. I walked into this store looking like a hot mess, step dad's oversized sweats n no bra. I started looking around and wound up with Ashley helping me. She is absolutely the kindest and sweetest! She helped so much, she even cut off the tag to the bra I tried on (so I could pay for that and everything else I got) so I could keep it on and wear it out of the store. She went above and beyond... please give this woman some recognition.

No one greeted me or asked if we needed help even though I was obviously looking through the bras for my size. I went to check out and the girl who started to check me out was nice, but was interrupted and told to clock out so she doesn't have overtime. The lady that took over, I assume was a manager, was rude. After finally getting to the paying part, I was told I was a day early for the coupon I brought in. I just said that I'll come back another day, didn't purchase anything and left. I don't plan on coming back to this location after the poor treatment I received.

I think management changed hands because the staff is super nice and friendly. They really go above and beyond to help customers of all shapes and sizes. I felt comfortable shopping. They have a huge selection of bras and underwear. Many sales to choose from. Will return.
