I do like this location because the employees are friendly and helpful but I really wish they carried more sizes in their bras. I wear a 46 C and it's really hard to find my size in store so I often have to order online. They should really carry a wide variety of all the bra sizes. Not all women wear the same size nor do we like to shop online, especially when it comes to bras.

I came in to this store with my mother. I was excited to see their bra selection, because I heard they had nice bras. They had very little available in my size. The worse part was that we were ignored. I never plan on returning.

Popped in to pickup an item I ordered online and chose to pick up in store for free instead of shipping charges for one item. I was approached for help quickly and was in and out in no time at all. No pressure to buy anything additional.

Extremely terrible customer service. Two groups of people of color walked in and received no greeting, immediately after a white woman was welcomed and helped immediately. So sad that this day and age we still have to deal with racism. Hopefully Lane Bryant steps up and stops this because judging by the comments here this is a common and known issue.

Customer service online is nonexistent. Representatives transfer you over and over with no resolution. I've requested refund due to order was delivered to wrong address which was verified by representative last week. Promised refund 3-5days. Haven't received anything! I've been loyal customer for years. Do NOT RECOMMEND LANE BRYANT!

Just finished canceling an order due to the worst shopping/customer experience I have had shopping with Lane Bryant. Stores are lacking in sizes, which forces you to use the awful mobile application or online ordering. All I wanted to do was use my LB credit card. Got no assitance from reps who forgive me don't understand or speak fluent English. Making it impossible to update a simple address which was already updated online and instore but still unable to use my card. After giving rep new address 4 times, we hang up I try to make a purchase. Now says declines with a code D43 meaning due to card theft/fraud!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying from LB, I can honestly say this has put me off from spending money with this company again. I wanted to simply take my mother shopping for her bday using my LB credit card and ended up not buying whatI wanted, total disaster/nightmare! never again!

It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped at a layne bryant store….I usually do my shopping on the website … everyone was so friendly and made us very comfortable and will be back very soon.
