Love this location. Unfortunately I met the manager on duty today Alora and that was rough. I was sent to this location from another Lowe’s to purchase a sheet of plexi glass. The last one they had both ends were snapped and damaged and I asked if there was anything they could do so I could salvage the middle and she offered a 10% discount. The employee after she left even laughed and said he was sorry it’ll just get thrown out. But it was sad to see her service and she said on the radio she didn’t want to walk all the way over to the glass so I carried the sheet across the store to her in front for her to not even look at it. She just asked what the retail of it was and what it was. Very poor management and inventory education to be running a store. I will be back though, all the employees are always great there. I will be sure to always deal with them and never Alora.

Had an online order that was pending van item the store had in stock but none of the employees could find the pick up desk assistant ( Dmarcus) was there with me helping find it asap and I had to make a change to my order he again was johnny on the spot helping me out. Idk if you get this kid but you where awesome keep up the good work you made my experience with leaving a comment

So, my my fiance bought me an utility trailer from here. Now let me explain i have stage 4 thyroid, throat, skin cancer, had to pick up the trailer at lowes on dysart and McDowell asked them to hook it it up let them know my family is taking me to NC to get better health care cause the VA in phx is killing me. They said they got me. Got me hooked up said I was good to. I said in safe. Please tell me why on the second day we are supposed to be on the road, I'm sitting here with my family spending hundreds we don't have cause they only put one screw without a bolt no screw on the end not the other one and we were driving around with a full trailer full car and now sitting at a heavy trailer mechanic shop getting it fixed for hundreds of dollars we don't have sitting in Arizona when we should be 2 days out heading out to North Carolina thank you Google for trying to kill us now if I could send you a picture of the what the bolt look like and you trying to kill us don't think I won't be sending it to corporate

I got great help choosing plants for the pots in the yard. Prices have gone up, but plants still good. I like the 1 year guarantee on plants. If one dies, they replace it.

I shop at this location several times a week. It's clean, the staff is helpful and happy and it's the only hardware store I have been to where the store GM will greet and help his customers as you walk in. My hats off to guys! Keep up the good work!

They do not price match their own website! They told me to buy it online and pick up in store... Why do I need to jump through these hoops, waste time, and wait for someone to go pick it up off of the shelf and hand it to me instead of changing the price at the register. Home depot price matches their website and they will actually price match any local hardware store.
One year later.
Online inventory doesn't match physical inventory. On multiple occasions i had employees looking for an item that "should be in stock" and then tell me they can't find it. I guess I'm the dumb one for expecting anything different.
Three years later.
THEY STILL DONT PRICE MATCH THEIR OWN WEBSITE. The manager even agreed that this is an idiotic policy and told me to buy it online and bring it to the customer service for pickup...what are we even doing here....

I went to this Lowe’s to pick up some wood and hardware. The people that help were nice but we went to have the wood cut and we waited for a hour and a half and didn’t get any help. I went and found Lowe’s employees and asked them to help 5 different times and no one could help because they did not know how to operate the saw. They said the only person that did went to lunch and didn’t tell anyone. So we left without buying anything. There was a skeleton crew and it was pathetic.

Bought a fridge with price match but did not honer the additional 10% as they advertise. I called but said I had to go back to the store and Jose, the store Manager stated they price match but don't discount the additional 10% on appliances. I asked where this was noted and Michelle, in customer service, said its there....in back of the receipt.
Ordered furniture and had it delivered in damaged packaging.
