The only place in Phoenix, AZ that would give me a covid 19 shot without a prescription. Arlene, the nurse practioner, was a perfect example of how any employee should treat a patient- warm, friendly, empathetic and professional.

We had to drive a long distance to this clinic as other pharmacies near us don’t offer a COVID vaccine without a prescription. The clinic was clean and the practitioner was friendly and did a get job for us.

I have seen Lori, Jeremy, and Elizabeth and they were all very nice; I always have a great experience with them. Teresa, on the other hand, was not very pleasant. My name was misspelt on the lab order and she got mad at me when I asked her to fix it. There is really no need to be argumentative or rude over a small mistake.
