I took my daughters to Monaco today. My 15 yo wanted a fill and my 10 yo wanted a pedicure. They quoted me $75. I told the technician that my 10yo just wanted a standard pedicure. After he took her back he upsold her to a gel pedicure for $15 more. The paint was all over her toes and is already peeling a couple of hours later. My 15 yo was upsold $15 as well once away from me. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I've been searching for the perfect nail salon, that offers everything I wanted, and I finally found it! This is by far, the best nail salon I've EVER gone to! The customer service is impeccable and they take their time and do amazing work!

Horrible customer service. As a walk in I was told "10 min" wait, 30 minutes later, I walked out. But as I waited I noted practioners snickering in Vietnamese among each other about clients... AS THEY COLLECTED MONEY FROM THEM! My regular provider was busy and I only needed a simple natural nail manicure, next time I will just wait over there.

I like that I have never had anyone hurt my hands or nail bed there. Which is routine hazard for me at other salons. Everyone I have had do my pedicure or manicure has been gentle and did a nice job. They do allow walk ins BUT they are often very busy so calling ahead for an appointment is a good idea.

They do a great job. Everything is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I have been going to Monaco nails for years and have never had a problem.

I have had dip powder on my nails for a very long time and wanted to give them a break because they were so damaged. I went to another salon first that did a terrible job of removing the dip. Cindy at Monaco Nails gently removed the product that had been missed and shaped my nails so they will grow out better. I highly recommend Cindy and will go back when I’m ready to try dip powder again

They recently renovated the place. Everything is so beautiful and clean. The pedicure chairs look luxurious and they are fancy massage chairs too. I got my pedi done by Cindy - like everyone there, she's great. I highly recommend to check out their newly renovated space! Really love the new Monaco Nails!

I would never recommend Monaco Nails to anyone! Customer service is non-existent & they only care about taking your money! Have been here multiple times before leaving a negative review, however they have consistently shown they are not worthy of anything above one star! Save your time & money as there are more reputable nail salons with amazing customer service in the area!

The pedicure itself was great. The polish was awful. Usually toe polish is bomb proof. This was peeling the next day and it was slopped on my cuticles.The manicure was just bad. I never do polish on my nails. My cuticles started tearing 2 days later, the nails were crooked and started chipping. I had to cut them all down and pay someone to fix my ragged cuticles.This place is not cheap. I'll take my money elsewhere.

It's been 4 days... I got a manicure and a dip on Friday last week. Today is Tuesday. 4 days for these to essentially fall off. One had grabbed my hair tonight .. eh not uncommon. But when I went to pull the hair out, it lifted half way off the nail. I checked the others and 8 I REPEAT 8 of the 10 popped right off no tug or pull needed. Spent almost $70 for nails to last me 4 days. Slap in the face. You can see from the photos that they came off in one piece and none of my nail was even damaged. Poor work :( I'm so sad.

The pedicure was just okay. The two stars is for not receiving the 20 minute massage from the #4 package I selected. She started at 5:00 an ended at 5:11. Since this was for my birthday, I paid $20 more for the extra massage instead of the $35 package. The other disappointing part was how quickly they rushed me out before my Polish was dry and they had no other customers waiting. I still tipped 15% with hesitation but honestly it was not even worth that. Will not be returning.

Rude nail guy. He kept telling me my nails were too short for him and that he should charge me extra for a simple polish change, because they are short. So rude.

I could tell the nail tech either didn't have a license or was new. I could have done a better job at home. I also felt because I purchased the lowest package I wasn't valued at all. Won't go here again.

I've been going to Monaco Nails for around 17 years. I always receive a good pedicure and manicure. The technicians are always friendly. I highly recommend this salon.
