Just discovered this hidden gem. Very nice course , not expensive,, nice clubhouse with a bar and nice place to relax after playing. Will recommend.

Staff was very nice. The course was in good shape. Pretty good value in that it includes range balls. The 3 nines offered different challenges. It’s good if you do not want to spend $200 plus for a good round of golf.

South and West courses are in very good condition. Greens overall are probably 7.5-8/10 right now but I always enjoy playing at Palm Valley.

The greens were not in good shape. They were slow, bumpy, and patchy. Also the holes had not been changed in a while as you could see the grass growing in the side of them. Was disappointed and not up to par with most other courses I have played in the Phoenix area.

Terrible management of tee times for the three courses. When a twosome plays fast on the front nine you get punished and have to wait for tee times on the back. You lose rhythm and flow.

First time I've played here in over 5 years. Way over priced for the quality of the course. Greens were spotty and diseased. Too much bare desert . It is still a challenging layout on the north south rotation with interesting holes.

Ourse is in bad shape for the money. Only nice thing is available tee times. Prices are high for the condition of course. Greens have a disease. West course greens are soft and ball sticks. North greens and parts of fairway hard as a rock. Love the layout but needs alot of work. Will stay playing my home course Falcon dunes, better value and course is always in great shape.

we had 3 foursomes March 6. Although the course is more expensive than I'm use to paying I enjoyed the layout. On the 6th the greens were fine and true and fast. The wind was blowing 15-25 that day which made the course play more difficult than it is. A fun track and after the round drinks on the patio was nice. Each staff member we dealt with was nice and professional.

Greens have a disease and for non locals the price is too much for what you get. Too many better options for out of town golfers to play here.

For $120, the course conditions were extremely poor. Fairways and greens were awful. Driving range wasn’t open to warm up. No GPS on the carts.

The course is just ok. There are other better.
But the disappointing part is your out there to enjoy the tournament and play golf. But to find out after, that the price is jacked up $100 almost during that week Is ridiculous.
