I got a call from the store right after the firearm arrived advising me that I can come and pick up which does not happen a lot because some other places they will make you wait for sometimes a week to even call you.

“I took a gold chain into pawn 1st yesterday, the Goodyear location, and was helped by bell. It was a 14kt gold necklace, and unlike another review bell was great. Not only did she test it well, but she obviously used the 14kt solution and knew what she was doing. Bell was extremely professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She was also very patient with me answering all of my questions. If you have jewelry or anything else to pawn, and you want to skip the BS and the low-ball offers of other pawn shops, I would suggest you go to pawn 1st, in Goodyear, and ask for Bell.
