Not even sure about giving 2 stars, just had a alignment done today, I presented the $10 off coupon and was told I could only use it for the 1 year warranty alignment, they straight up lied, coupon states valid on 30 day or 1 year, no pre alignment check print out was presented, just told I needed one and it was done. Seems a little shady to me. Probably never coming back here again!

I had a flat, managed to drive there at 530 because on Maps it says they close at 7 pm. I got there, and the desk guy says we close at 6 pm, cant get to it today. ☠️ Very inconvenient, they lost a costomer.

Making an appointment for a designated time for service means absolutely nothing. My appointment was scheduled for 9am for a very simple balance and tire rotation. I was finally informed that my car was completed at 1:30pm....4 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment to balance and rotate tires is ridiculous to me!

I scheduled an appointment online. Service desk reported my appt not in their system and wasn’t anything they could do about it….i just walked out. Poor customer service!!

The last time I went to Pep Boys was to get an alignment. They used to do a great job prior to COVID but after that, the quality of work is poor. Besides the work quality, they way overcharge for parts. In my case, my car needed an alignment bolt. On line on Amazon, a MOOG alignment bolt was 12 bucks, In the local parts stores it goes for 20 bucks, what Pep Boys was charging - $80.00 - really?. Aside from the price gauging, they have 1 mechanic working on multiple cars so the quality of work is mediocre at best. After 4 return visits to get the alignment done correctly, I ended up going somewhere else and they did it correctly on the first visit. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Pep Boys for any repairs.

Not justify the one star!! Should be 0 star!! I can tell how mad I am , worst place to go too, we went there last month to do the alignment with a them, they didn’t even do good job, it’s not tight enough and now showing it’s not properly aligned! Worst thing is , they stole your worth item, our ENGINE COVER was gone. the mechanic that works there took it. it is expensive and now we have to buy a new one because they’re theft!! Give urself a favor go somewhere else when they can do good job and not steal ur stuffs, period. Honest review

Went there for a Alignment for my 2021 Toyota Corolla like a few weeks ago now that I check my hood my Engine cover is gone , not sure if mechanics took it or forgot to put it back but that's a big piece of the car only shop I had that car in as of late. Would like it back please!?

Bought 2 sets new Kumho tires offer. In a year and a half span
two are damaged with normal driving. They say both have lateral puncture that is not reparable and not covered by manufacturer's warranty. But both times they were very quick to try to sell me new replacements,
They sell garbage tires. No thanks

Deserve a zero star! Beware they will take something on your car without even noticeable, I went there for a service , and guess what!? They took the expensive items on my engine , that’s thief!! Go somewhere else for service and other , because the mechanics there stealing something on your car!!

Purchased 4 tires and had them mounted,balanced... The mechanic did an Excellent job along with future recommendations to minimize tire wear. The staff are very nice and with a smile and ready to help their Customers. Store is very clean and again,the employees are very nice and helpful. PEP BOYS in Goodyear= Top 5 starr(A+)
