The doctor and his assistant were amazing! I hope to see them again next year when I bring my Lilly in for her vaccine. They were so gentle with her?

As soon as I walked in dogs where crying so my dogs started barking because they are puppies and right away the lady yelled at my dogs to make them stop barking so I was worried what she might do when we left to make them stop barking. And to add to that the lady said there would be a double fee for both dogs as if the price isn’t already expensive enough just because they have curly hair which makes so sense because no place has EVER told us that or even had a problem with my dogs curls! So I felt as if they only cared all about the money and not about the dogs over all and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

We have taken our dogs in for their vaccinations and found this to be a good and positive experience. This is a relaxed atmosphere, friendly and caring employees. The vet is extremely nice, caring individual with much experience working with animals. I hope to continue to utilize Petco for future vaccinations.

The fish tanks are full of dead fish and fish that are ill. I started looking at the bettas because I feel so bad for them every time I go into petco. They're confined to a tiny cup of water which is just completely inhumane. I don't understand why they still carry them. Over a dozen betta fishes were dead in the cups. And they were dead for awhile because sludge started building up around their bodies which doesn't happen overnight. Shows how much they really care about the animals there.

I was in here the other day and the staff didn't have much going on. I just went in for dog food but the employees took the time to show me the reptiles and explain a bunch of health facts about my dogs that I didn't know. They were amazing. Really felt like I got a personal touch from them.

I would like to thank Consuelo for grooming our dog, Shadd. Consuelo groomed Shadd nicely, and commented to me about his right paw was "nicked" by the crate after grooming. Shadd was experiencing pain in his right paw on Friday, April 19th, and as the salon knows, I called and spoke with Cathy about it. I took him into Goodyear Animal Hospital, and they diagnosed his inner "webbing" of his paw as tender. I am using the medicated shampoo prescribed by the clinic, and he appears to be improving, Thank you, and thank you for your grooming service once again, with Shadd.

Did not like seeing the young groomer yanking on the dogs fur over and over so rough. Small brown dog felt bad for him. Two young girls working in there looked unhappy to be there. Please try somewhere else for grooming.

Why would you have prices that are 3 times the exact same item is on your website? Website lists the kennel as $39.99, get to the store and it was $120. When I ask them about it they say that is online only special. Website doesn't say it is online only. This is why big box retailers can't keep up. No continuity from website to brick and mortar stores. My solution, went to petsmart online, ordered online for $10 more and recieved a 5% discount for picking up in the store. This is how it should be done. You just lost a customer for life.

Katie took great care of me when I brought Gizmo to be groomed. Since it was my first time there, she had told me about a coupon for first timers. She took great care of me. I see myself bringing Gizmo back again.

Kathy did an amazing job helping me and another customer find the right products at the same time lol. I've never shopped for dog boots before (for desert hikes), and she helped Tucker and I find the perfect size and fit. He's doing great and not looking near as awkward as I would have expected haha.

I have never in my life been in a pet store this dirty the poor kitty's had no food or water. The litter box looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in a week. I used the restroom omg it was so disgusting was surprised they had hand soap but no paper towels. The floor must of had a lot of pet hair cause my vehicle rug was covered in hair so gross I will never go to this petco again it needs to be shut down.

Just took our dog for his annual vaccines at this location and as last year was not very impressed with the procedure & the employees. The girl at the front counter did offer our dog a treat which was nice but when our dog took a massive pee on the floor she was absolutely no help at all and completely ignored the situation. I searched for paper towels myself to soak up some of the wetness. I wanted to make sure other customers or dogs were alerted and would not step in it. It was way too soppy to pick up and when I asked if someone is coming to mop it up she said curtly "NO". A pet store should have a mop on hand when big accidents happen just saying. As far as the vetco vaccination employees they were not very professional - tattooed & pierced noses ,etc. They acted like this was their 1st day on the job- slow taking info, forgetting to give us the barcode so we could pay at front & had to walk back to get it. The vet is nice but not able to get down to examine dog because of his age & weight (vet not the dog). This might be last time to visit here.
