Don’t waste your time with curbside pick up. I waited for 20 mins at the curb with my dog in the car. My husband had to go in to get our order only to be met with a very rude associate who lied and said we weren’t at the curb. I won’t be shopping here again.

Arrived at 8:20pm to purchase plants and fish and hear minutes later “ no more animal sales” on the intercom. That is a first.. I would understand if the store was busy. It was just the 4 of us.
We walked up to a gal who then went for the manager to “see if they can sale us aquatic plants” Unfortunately the manager Ariel, walked out very rude. We did not purchase anything from here.

It would be 5 stars if the prices were reasonable and they didn't charge for bags!!!!
Otherwise, the staff have been all friendly and helpful every time I have gone in. Very refreshing and 100% better than Petsmart!

Ordered online and Petco had used Doordash for delivery. It was not delivered and I called the Doordash person who was suppose to deliver the merchandise. She claimed she could not enter the gate. The gate was wide open. I asked her what street she entered and she ignored my question and just replied by saying to call Doordash or Petco because she returned the merchandise to the store. Bad customer service from Doordash!

Terrible customer service! The quality of the products are piss poor. There is no quality checks on the live animals. All the employees refuse to make it right. They don't care if you've been a loyal customer for years. I give them ZERO STARS ( I was force to put 1 star in order to post this review ) I will not be returning to petco for any of my pets.

Manager thought i was stealing/trying to make me mad. The cashier told me I can leave now once i made my purchase. Left and didnt buy any fishes for my aquarium..

Tried to take my puppy to get puppy shots and was turned away because of an apparent "policy" They have that you have to own the dog more than a week to get shots, because they could show illnesses within the week. My gsd puppy comes from a reputable breeder who keeps up with shots, not the backyard breeders they were treating who were in line. I've been doing vetco for 8 plus years and never heard of this policy. Even my Petco friend said this wasnt a true policy.

I always have a great experience at this Petco! The employees are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Whenever I need crickets for my bearded dragon, they ensure I get exactly what I need and offer helpful tips on care and feeding. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything I’m looking for. Highly recommend this Petco for excellent service and a great selection of pet supplies!

Never going to a Petco again. First off I needed worms, allergy treats for my dog, and filters for my turtle tank. They only had the worms and they were picked threw so I didn't even get to grab a variety for the turtles like I usually do. Then I get up to checkout and the girl tells me that bags are 10 cents.... since when? She tells me it's been a full year. So Petco has been charging me 10 cents per bag for a whole year without telling me apparentally....

This is our go to place for our 2 Huskies. Staff here are terrific. They do a good job of greeting us when we come in. Many of the staff remember our dogs from grooming. Staff are very helpful in getting us the things that we're looking for for having trouble. We go here for grooming, to pick up treats, to get training for the dogs, and even for their shots. The addition of vetco is really nice. We've been shopping here since 2016 and have never had a bad experience.
