DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE! The girls here don't care about doing their work right!! You literally get what you pay for. My golden doodle was shaved down and not to mention she has a lot of bruising and irritation on her skin. If only my dog can talk. I had a disagreement with them about their policy in the beginning where they forgot to mention to me that my dog vaccine record shot wouldn't be valid so I had to call her vet to "prove to them" my dog was vaccinated and I think they took it out on her! The girls that work here and young and you can tell they just want to be clocked out. No passion for these puppies! If you love your fur baby don't take her here! Horrible service! Now that I mention this to people I've heard horrible stories about this location! I wish I knew!

I was hesitant to write this, but I feel as though the quality of this grooming salon has diminished greatly over the past year. We have taken our dogs here for years-ever since this location opened. We loved our groomers...and then, all of a sudden, they all left. We had a student want to use a golden for her testing. When I picked up our dog, she didn't even look or smell washed. The lead groomer had us come back to have our dog re-groomed. Then, two months ago, our dog came down with pneumonia after visiting this location. Now, yesterday, I called to have her nails trimmed. The groomer said she wasn't busy and to come to the salon. Once there, she asked me to produce the rabies certificate. I told her I didn't carry it with me but could get it from our vet. I assured her that it was current because our dog had just recently had to be treated for pneumonia and we always are up to date on all of her vaccines. He reminded me that my dog had valley fever and that makes dogs more susceptible to getting pneumonia. Many dogs have Valley Fever in AZ. That does not mean that they are more susceptible to pneumonia. Any dog can get pneumonia when you do not sanitize your salon or have multiple dogs in a confined space. I did not respond to her and simply walked out of the door. I will never be back and will shop elsewhere. It is heartbreaking for us because we love this store. We buy a lot of items there, grooming, and training over the years. They need to get their act together and learn better customer service...not just for the pups, but also their pet parents.

Had a grooming appointment for my maltipoo for the Cotton Lane location with Sam. When I got there they were attending another customer, so I waited my turn. After they left I saw it was Sam who was attending them. She sat at the chair for a while and it took her a long time to even acknowledge me. She finally asked me my dog's name. Then she kinda laughs at herself for a second and tells me that my dog will need a complete shave down and it will be a pretty Penny. I was a bit confused and shocked because no one has ever told me that before and I've brought her here plenty of times. I asked her "how many more pennies are we talking about here?" She said she didn't have time to give me the full breakdown, but it would be about $102. (WHAT??!) she was booked for a total of $65, how the heck does it jump up so much?? As I was trying to recover from the shock, she then said, "I don't even have to touch her to see that she's all matted, I can just see it". I was FURIOUS!! I'm sorry. But EVERY groomer who has cut my dog's hair HAS ALWAYS TOUCHED her to see what they have to work with. She never got off from that chair to even make a proper evaluation. It seemed like she was tired and not in the mood to work on anymore dogs. Well I'm sorry but that's not good customer service. I told her to Disregard that request and picked up my baby and walked out. I couldn't believe what had just happened. It's unfortunate that one lousy and miserable employee can ruin it for the company and make loyal customers leave and never want to come back. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been raiding all of our local PetSmarts of a certain dog food for our pup as they are no longer going to carry it. This location is large, clean and friendly employees.They price match with their website prices which saves me $9.00 a package. I have it pulled up for verification before I head into the store as no location gets much phone service inside. They had some sweet cats to adopt too!

I am not a pet owner, but my daughter is. She had purchased some food for her dog, and he wouldn't eat it. We went in today, and they gladly exchanged it for a different bag of food. PetSmart is a treasure trove of all things for pets. The store was well organized and prices seemed reasonable. There is grooming center I'm the back of the store. I especially enjoyed looking at the designer fish aquariums ( wow, fish aquariums have really changed). Ashley, the clerk who helped us, was very polite and professional.

This location is always well organized and clean. Every interaction I've had with the cashiers has been great, everyone is friendly. Today we used the groomers inside PetSmart to do the walk in nail trim package, I had Debbie who took care of me and she was super sweet and took good care of my dog. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back for all future grooming

Same as the rest. The grooming was a joke. After having my pet for two hours all they did was try to trim one paw and bathe her. Was told they couldn't trim her, or finish her nails. So, do they not do what they say they're going to do? And that's fine? Go elsewhere.

I've realized Petsmart's are all the same. Decently organized, but a near ghost town if looking for employees. Not just Covid times, but every time I've been in one over the years. Prices are pretty high, but they do have a great selection when it comes to certain things. The employee at the register was efficient, but other than that nothing great.
