This location always has issues. I was told to move by an employee when i was getting my fountain drink so he could mop. He couldve waited. I told the assistant manager who didnt care.
Half the drinks are out of service and they never fix it. I almost slipped and fell at the pump because there was a ton of sand. I told the employee and asked for a manager. She told him and then they both ignored me. I asked a second time for a manager who was extremely rude and abrasive, and told me there was nothing he could do about it.
I almost slip and fall almost every time im there because the floors are wet and there arent enough signs warning the floor is wet.
The bathrooms are always out of service or disgusting or filthy.
I used to count on QT for a consistent experience but ill be choosing another company to give my business to.

Love this store. Their lines can look really long at times, but the employees are so good they really get people out quickly.

Does this look like a 3 meat lovers pizza? ? Looks horrible, I live too far to go back in and let them have it. The cashier girl with the hair bow doesn't know what customer service is.

Clerk threw my change back at me because he couldn't run my lottery ticket and wasn't gonna give it back to me and I told him I wanted it back.Worst service I've ever had at AQ.T young spanish boy

Refused to sell me a pack of L&M cigarettes I was trying to buy for my SO who is housebound with an injury. Was told that I would not be able able to buy said cigarettes as I had stated they were for my husband and not for me because I didn't know the diffrence between the L&M cigarettes.( I don't smoke and have never bought cigarettes before.)The casher reiterated that he couldn't verify that my husband wasn't a minor and told me to go somewhere else . So I did! The kicker is that I'm very pregnant , so if I hadn't said anything about them being for someone else, he would of been OK selling me cigarettes assuming I would be the one consuming the product. Qt really needs to focus on common sense! (By the way we are both well past the age of 21)

The kid behind the counter was rockin it this morning! People lining up to start the day and this kid was running 3 registers getting people rung up and out. Huge respect! Keep him on staff!

Please check if you ha e a skimmer at your location. I was charged 259.00 soon after I bought a drink there.
